Breaking information from the Texas-Mexico Border:

Border Patrol Checkpoints are now CLOSED until further notice! Eagle Pass is out of control and they have deployed Uvalde personnel down there to assist.

They are closely monitoring the situation in Eagle Pass and El Paso, Texas. CBP’s Office of Field Operations have temporarily suspended operations at the international railway crossing bridges in Eagle Pass and El Paso, Texas as of Monday morning to redirect personnel to assist the U.S. Border Patrol with taking migrants into custody.

The Del Rio Sector is overwhelmed, and all Border Patrol checkpoints there are closed as everyone is being pulled for transport/process.

The facility there that is meant for 1k is currently holding nearly 5k people, and the overflow are waiting under the bridge.
