Honey, Where’s the Bees?


Did you know that honey contains a substance that helps the brain work better?

Our favorite honey is Doyle’s from the Texas Hill Country. We usually buy ours at Keese’s BBQ in Medina, TX or nearby Bandera.

  1. 1.Thank you for sharing. I didn’t know that eating honey from a metal spoon killed the enzymes or that honey lasted that long. I really enjoy your articles.
    2. According to USDA, bees are responsible for 15 billion dollars for agriculture because they pollinate over 130 varieties of fruits, nuts and vegetables.
    3. The monks at a monastery near Berryville, VA make a great creamed honey.
