Though the FBI has done little to report any findings with the Hunter Biden laptop, cocaine in the White House or the Biden Crime Family, the House Oversight Committee investigation into the Bidens is churning up some damaging evidence against David Weiss and Alexander Mackler.

• Recall that Weiss is the Obama era operative and U.S. Attorney handling the President Donald J. Trump case for Department of Justice Attorney General Merrick Garland.

• Mackler, now Chief Deputy Attorney General, Delaware Department of Justice, was former assistant to U.S Attorney Weiss at the outset of Hunter Biden Investigation.

He was very close to Joe Biden’s now deceased son, Beau Biden in 2014.

The House Oversight Committee has evidence regarding Joe Biden’s alias emails.

Recall how Hillary Clinton used the same technique with alias emails that were so damaging that she was desperate enough to destroy evidence of 33,000 emails.

The difference now is that Biden’s alias emails have not been destroyed and are in the hands of the investigating House Committee.

Jonathan Turley, a distinguished Washington University professor this weekend noted the Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland “appointed the one prosecutor who should have been categorically excluded — David Weiss. ”

“Not only did Garland have to ignore his own regulations to appoint Weiss,” he continued. “But he also had to ignore the main qualification: The appointed outside counsel should be someone with ‘a reputation for integrity and impartial decision-making.’”

“While Garland seems incapable of imagining any crime involving the president, he has made a conclusive — if unintended — case for an impeachment inquiry,” Turley added.

In a nutshell, here are just some of the revelations from this investigation.

● The alias emails include evidence from:

○Joe Biden @RobinWare456

○Jill Biden @jill.tracy2

○Beau Biden @261penn

○Hallie Biden @halliebiden

● Mackler, Delaware’s chief deputy attorney general, MAY HAVE BEEN PRESENT at a Burisma kickback planning session with Joe, Hunter, and Beau Biden in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12th, 2014. At least one email, on April 11, the day before, is in evidence supporting the set up for this meeting.

●   Judge Maryellen Norieka, the one judge who has stood up to the Biden Crime Family and their operatives, knows that Mackler was also a key part of Weiss’s prosecution team at the start of the Hunter Biden tax inquiry.

● Judge Norieka also knows that this kickback planning session on April 12, 2014, occurred in Wilmington, Delaware, under her jurisdiction and that of Delaware U.S. Attorney Weiss.

Weiss should have investigated it, and he didn’t, because he never replied to Biden’s one time offical stenographer Mike McCormick’s request to be a witness in front of his now disbanded grand jury.

Note: McCormick has recently revealed how Joe Biden flew to Honduras in 2012 to deliver funds to his cartel connections.

“Joe Biden was arriving and departing from a secretive location in a way to avoid scrutiny as he met with Honduran government officials who were then receiving millions of dollars of U.S. foreign assistance,” McCormick, who was on that flight, revealed. “And the reason he wanted to avoid attention was because the government officials he was handing American taxpayer dollars over to were then conspiring with cartels to smuggle cocaine into the United States.”

McCormick notes that “when Judge Norieka denied Hunter Biden’s plea deal last month, she directed anyone with business before the Court on this matter to contact her chambers.”

“THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, going forward, any issues or inquiries in the above-captioned cases shall be brought to my attention and not to the Clerk’s Office. Any such issues and inquiries shall be submitted in writing and placed on the docket. To the extent that the rare instance arises in which a writing is not practicable, a phone call may be made to my Chambers by an attorney who represents one of the parties in these cases or an interested third party.”

● Note that on August 11, 2023, Attorney General Garland elevated David Weiss to special counsel status.

Devon Archer’s interview with the House investigating committee “has since corroborated that HUNTER WAS PRESENT at the meeting Archer had with Joe Biden in his West Wing office on April 16th, 2014 (so four days AFTER the Wilmington strategy session,) and he also testified that Hunter joined the Burisma board soon after that, though he was vague about exactly when,” McCormick reveals. 

“Archer also confirmed that he had his first board payment of $83,000 on April 15th,” he continued.  “And as well, he testified that Hunter Biden had been hired by Burisma as counsel in March 2014 and then evolved into the board seat.”

Five months after the April 2014 West Wing meeting, Mackler would work for Biden in the White House as deputy counsel to the vice president.

“Though he and I worked concurrently for Joe,” McCormick states. “I don’t remember interacting with him at all.”

McCormick believes that Rep. James Comer’s House Oversight Committee has the goods on the Biden Crime Family and their operatives.

“I have no doubt it will lead to the impeachment of Joe Biden — and an investigation of David Weiss and Alexander Mackler for obstruction of justice,” contends McCormick. 

“Given that Chairman Comer’s Oversight Committee has generated credible evidence that Joe and Hunter were operating not only a Burisma kickback scheme, but also a conspiracy to hide it (still ongoing today,)” he continued. “It’s baffling to me why David Weiss hasn’t interviewed me to be a witness in his grand jury.”

To make matters worse, these same operatives have actually been accused by the IRS whistleblowers of hindering and stonewalling that investigation.

McCormick also indicates that evidence shows “that Alexander Mackler was tasked by the Bidens to locate and disseminate information that would be valuable to them in their Burisma kickback scheme. That puts him squarely in the conspiracy that he years later was duty-bound to investigate.”

McCormick cites three questions the Oversight Committee investigators should ask Eric Schwerin, who also worked with Mackler, when they swear him in for questioning:

1. What is his awareness of Joe, Hunter and Beau Biden’s Burisma strategy in Wilmington on April 12th, 2014?

2. What are you aware of about Alexander Mackler– the Biden confidant, Beau’s good friend and campaign advisor–and his knowledge about Hunter, Beau, and Joe’s Burisma planning?

3. Are you aware of Alexander Mackler, who sent you a suspicious email at a suspicious time and date, was thwarting the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business dealings being conducted by his former boss U.S. Attorney David Weiss?

“If Schwerin answers yes to those three questions, he will bring down the Biden presidency, the Biden Department of Justice, and the Delaware Attorney General’s Office,” McCormick says. “One guy, three affirmative answers, and the Bidens are done.”

“With the investigative impediments created by the Weiss appointment and by Garland’s refusal to expressly extend the special counsel’s mandate to the allegations of Biden family influence-peddling, there is little choice but to commence an impeachment inquiry,” Professor Turley concludes.
