What Happened When Biden Mysteriously Stopped in Honduras?

Biden, Blinken, Richetti Meet Honduran ‘Cocaine’ President

The recent Cocaine in the White House Caper brings to mind a story about Joe Biden and a known drug dealing Honduran president in 2012.

One thing for certain we know about Biden and the Honduran president, was they both have sons involving serious crimes with cocaine and participating in illegal deals on behalf of their fathers.

In Aug. 2, 2011, U.S. Coast Guard crew members unloaded roughly 7.5 tons of cocaine, in Miami Beach, Fla., which was seized from a submarine-like craft off the Caribbean Coast of Honduras.

During President Porfirio “Pepe” Lobo Sosa’s 2010-2013 administration, Honduras had deteriorated into violent upheaval. In 2011, the U.N. ranked it as the country with the world’s highest murder rate. The U.S. State Department described it as “primary transshipment point” for U.S.-bound cocaine.

When junior Obama Administration staffer Mike McCormick flew into Soto Cano/Palmerola Air Base in Honduras in March 2012 with Vice President Joe Biden, suspicious things happened.

McCormick asks, “what if something was done — something that would enrage American taxpayers — so that it never appeared in any official record accessible on the Internet?

McCormick recently performed a “long and thorough Internet search for Joe Biden Soto Cano Air Base Honduras 2012” and found nothing.

He concedes that there being no record of it on the Internet “is strange because Soto Cano Air Base public relations diligently reports on visits by politicians and senior military leaders.”

“High-profile visitors are not only welcomed, they’re recognized, photographed, and recorded,” McCormick noted. “But not Joe Biden on that day.”

María Antonieta de Bográn

“And there’s yet another oddity,” he continued.  “When I was there with Joe, he was met by María Antonieta de Bográn, the vice president of Honduras. From 2010 to 2014, de Bográn served with President Porfirio Lobo, whom I wrote about in my last Substack as the cartel-associated president of Honduras of that time period. Known as Lobo’s right hand, she devoted at least three hours of her day on March 6th, 2013, to surreptitiously escorting Joe Biden from Soto Cano to the Presidential Palace — all with no official recognition whatsoever.”

Fabio Porfirio Lobo, the son of their country’s president, worked with Rivera Maradiaga, a man who admitted in court he killed 78 people.

Fabio Lobo

Maradiaga testified he had close working relationship with the younger Lobo during his father’s term in office. It allowed him to ship huge quantities of cocaine to the U.S. in coordination with the cartel led by Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman.

Maradiaga

As U.S. authorities closed in on him, the leader of Los Cachiros surrendered to the Drug Enforcement Administration with his brother in 2013 and became a cooperating witness.

Back to McCormick’s visit with Biden in Honduras,  author Andrew Huff wrote  that this base is “one of the few military installations where the US flag does not fly and is controlled technically by the Honduran Air Force. It has been a launching point for numerous clandestine missions throughout its history.”

McCormick, who was on AirForce 2 with Biden, calls the trip “clandestine to cover corruption.”

“Joe Biden was arriving and departing from a secretive location in a way to avoid scrutiny as he met with Honduran government officials who were then receiving millions of dollars of U.S. foreign assistance. And the reason he wanted to avoid attention was because the government officials he was handing American taxpayer dollars over to were then conspiring with cartels to smuggle cocaine into the United States.”

“The trip was announced on February 22nd, 2012, in this press release. Note the Office of Vice President delivers the news — not the White House Office of the Press Secretary — which to me signifies this more a Joe Biden initiative than a Barack Obama assignment.”

“Then it was previewed on March 1st, 2012, to the Washington and world press by Biden’s then-national security advisor Tony Blinken.”

Biden & Blinken

“Yep, that Tony Blinken — as in our current Secretary of State who flies around the world covering for Joe and Hunter’s innumerable crimes. Well, in this case he wasn’t covering for a Joe Biden crime, he was helping set one up.”

According to Tony Blinken the purpose for Joe’s visit to Honduras was:

“See the pattern here with how Joe and Tony talk about corruption in countries like Ukraine, China, and Honduras AS THEY THEMSELVES ARE THE ONES DOING DIRTY DEALS?”

Andrew Huff elaborated:

“The war on drugs was a mechanism for the United States to extend physical force and influence international policy. The commander telling us to stand down on that mission had nothing to do with the drugs. Standing down and allowing that airplane to land and unload its cargo was about enabling someone the United States liked, or perhaps viewed as the lesser of two evils, to do business. Stopping cartel members, or the politicians in Central America that relied on their funding, was more obvious and dangerous than simply allowing some to stay in power by allowing them to do business.”

McCormick explained that these flights on AF2 are scheduled and destinations are planned and set well in advance.

“The Air Force constructs the flight plan with a host of factors in consideration, and the pilots follow it. Always.”

First Red Flag

But Biden’s March 6th, 2012 AF2 flight into Soto Cano was a secretive exception because this plane was due to land in the Tegucigalpa airport and then motorcade to the Presidential Palace. But that’s not what happened.

“About a half hour from landing, the mil aide (military aide assigned to coordinate all needs the Vice President may have of the military) came to rear of the plane where I and other junior staffers were seated and announced something to effect of:

‘Guys, I made a mistake. I computed the length of the runway for our airplane in dry weather. It’s wet weather. We have to go another airport and motorcade in.’

McCormick, a savvy eyewitness, believes this was a lie “on Joe’s orders… Because to this day, I have clear visual memory of how he looked. He was a powerfully built, Navy commander, dressed in whites, who ordinarily was calm and confident, but right then he looked nervous and uncomfortable. So much so that I still remember it.”

Second Red Flag

There were no reporters on the plane.

“With no reporter on the plane, there was no pool report of the last minute diversion to Soto Cano. And that’s why there’s nothing on the Internet about Joe Biden ever being there.”

Third Red Flag

“Vice President de Bográn was already on the base, waiting for our arrival. It’s an hour and a half drive from Tegucigalpa to Soto Cano. So even if she dropped everything on her schedule and sprinted out to meet Joe, she would have had to have been told of our diversion to Soto Cano just as we left Mexico City. It’s about a two hour fifteen minute flight from there to Honduras.”

“So even though de Bográn knew to go to Soto Cano long before us, we didn’t hear about the diversion until just before it happened. Hmmm.”

“And that’s why I now think the mil aide’s announcement was staged. Joe wanted de Bográn there and no one to know about it.”

“But don’t just take my word for Bográn’s presence at Soto Cano — or Joe appreciating it — here’s him publicly admitting it in his remarks alongside President Porfirio Lobo.”

“So why did Joe decide to put AF2 down in an obscure military airbase rather than a bustling municipal airport? And why did he have the cocaine-smuggling president’s “right hand” woman meet him way out in the countryside? Was it because he wanted her to bring him something … say personal items in a secured container?”

McCormick explained that “the government air transport system is ripe for abuse if a principal (like Biden) lacks the integrity to respect it.”

“If there’s a formal exchange of gifts, a protocol is followed. And the gifts are cataloged and managed with public access to the information. But if there’s an informal exchange that’s not on the books, no one — not even the Internet — records it.”

Fourth Red Flag

McCormick noticed that their “motorcade vehicles were already staged at Soto Cano for the transport into Tegucigalpa. White House Motorcades are ready for immediate departure well in advance of the principal’s arrival. This was no last minute diversion. This was planned all along.”

Biden and Blinken

“I’ll never forget our chaotic ride to the Presidential Palace. The motorcade split, meaning the two vice presidents charged ahead with a hefty police escort clearing their path for a high-speed run up the highway. Rather than a sedan limousine, they were in an up-armored SUV where they had an hour and a half together to discuss their “business” in private.”

Eventually, McCormick and other junior staffers arrived at the destination and “were escorted into a room adjacent to the inner sanctum where Joe was conducting his ‘business’ with the cocaine smuggling president of Honduras.”

Fifth Red Flag

From Honduras they flew to Miami for an overnight stay at a plush, beachside hotel.

“Steve Richetti, Joe’s then-chief of staff, hosted some of us for drinks at the hotel bar before we departed for home. It was the first and only time I’ve talked to him. He introduced himself pleasantly. We chatted. Then he asked me something to the effect of what I thought of the trip. I recall answering him:

Steve Richetti

“It was awesome. We had spring break with Joe Biden in Mexico, Honduras, and Miami.”

He chuckled, but then got serious and said, “But we don’t talk about it, okay?”

And I replied, “No, I don’t talk about work.”

“And I never did … until now.”

“Steve Richetti and Tony Blinken are still working for Joe, which means covering his crimes. And I say that with absolute confidence.”

Jeff Ricchetti, owner of DC-based lobbying firm Ricchetti Inc., brother of Steve Ricchetti, has seen profits skyrocket since Biden has been in office.

Amazon, General Motors, biopharmaceuticals giant Horizon Therapeutics and financial security firm Finseca have all become lucrative clients of Ricchetti’s firm.

Steve has been a Democratic operative for presidents since the days Bill Clinton frolicked in the White House.

Hunter Biden also had ties to Blinken, having scheduled meetings with him while he was on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma and Blinken was deputy secretary of state.
