Durham Says CIA,FBI, DOJ, Obama, Hillary Used ‘Seriously Flawed’ Info to Go After Trump

John Durham testified before the House Judiciary Committee today and revealed Barack Obama, the CIA, and other DOJ officials were all aware of Hillary Clinton’s Russia-Russia-Russia plan and still used it as evidence to go after President Donald Trump.

Durham’s report indicates the FBI and DOJ championed “seriously flawed information” and abandoned their “own principles regarding objectivity and integrity.”

Durham testified that the FBI completely ignored Hillary Clinton’s plan to link Trump to Russia and willingly accepted her politically funded research as fact.

Last month, Durham released a report that exposed the levels of corruption at the DOJ when it pertained to Donald Trump. He said during the meeting today that the FBI and CIA knew the intel was politically motivated, but still used it to get a FISA warrant to spy on candidate Trump.

“Our findings were sobering,” Durham offered, adding that while he’s “encouraged by some of the reforms that have been implemented by the FBI,” the problems identified in this report “are not susceptible to oversight fixes.”

Durham not only revealed there was not any “collusion or conspiracy” between the Trump campaign and Russia, but indicated that at the time, there was not a “legitimate basis” to open the investigation into Trump.

“It started with the Crossfire Hurricane investigation – Mr. Durham has told us how wrong that was. Now we have an indictment of a former president, who’s winning in every single poll, by his opponent’s Justice Department,” said Republican House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan of Ohio.

He was referencing the code name for the 2016 FBI probe into the involvement of Russian officials in Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. “Seven years, nothing has changed.”

Rep. Matt Gaetz asked Durham, “Have you ever heard of the Washington Generals?”

“The team that basically gets paid to show up and lose,” Gaetz continued. “The job of the Washington Generals is to show up every night and play the Harlem Globetrotters and their job is to lose… And I’m kind of wondering… It’s not what’s in your report, it’s the omissions… And for the people like the Chairman who put trust in you, I think you let the country down and you are one of the barriers to the true accountability that we need.”

“You didn’t investigate the Mueller team wiping their phones,” Gaetz noted. “And you won’t tell us who gave the order because you’re protecting those people.”

“He gave us the impression that some of the misconduct is individualized — there were bad people doing bad things. But then some of it is systemic,” House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (OH-R) said after Tuesday’s hearing.
