Has America and Pelosi Forgotten Lessons of the Salem Witch Trials?

Nancy Pelosi is often referred to as a “witch” during conversations at informal American gatherings (living rooms, back yards, restaurants, reunions, pubs, picnics, Sunday School classrooms) and in editorials because of her reputation for corruption and dishonesty.

A simple internet search of “Pelosi witch” results in multiple responses.

In retrospect, we now know her lack of honest leadership spearheaded the arrests and assaults on innocent Americans at the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Not unlike the Salem Witch Hunt of the 1690s, and the Red Scare tactics used by Senator Joesph McCarthy in the 1950s, has America been so vulnerable to propaganda and dishonesty.

🔵In the late 1600s the Salem Village community in Massachusetts was undergoing a period of turmoil with a social divide between leading families as well as a split between factions that were for and against the village’s new pastor, Samuel Parris.

After some young girls of the village (including the daughter and neice of Rev. Parris) started demonstrating strange behaviors and fits, a local doctor, William Griggs, diagnosed their condition as “bewitchment.”

🔴In 2020, Pelosi, backed by media and other propagandists, called the suspicious Capitol protesting, “insurrection.”

🔵In Salem, the initial accusations gave way to trials, hysteria, and a frenzy that resulted in further accusations.

🔴In 2021 Washington DC, Pelosi’s dishonorable accusations resulted in few-to-no trials as the accused were jailed for months waiting for real justice.

🔵Salem put into motion the forces that would ultimately result in the hanging deaths of 19 men and women. In addition, one man was pressed to death; several others died in prison, and the lives of many were irrevocably changed.

🔴In the case of Pelosi’s proclaimed insurrection, the country had been spinning from lockdowns and loss of freedoms from a Wuhan, China Virus called COVID-19. Federal government mandates in cohesion with Big Pharma and Big Media appeared ready to burn many citizens at stake.

Democrat ‘Peaceful Protests’ vs Jan. 6, 2021

🔵Factions among Salem Village families and rivalry with nearby Salem Town combined with a recent small pox epidemic and the threat of attack by warring tribes created a fertile ground for fear and suspicion.

🔴Deep State operatives, primarily in Democrat controlled cities, forced the strictest COVID epidemic mandates and violent-destructive “peaceful protests” causing a fertile ground for fear and suspicion.

🔵In Salem, prisons were filled with more than 150 men and women from surrounding towns.

🔴In D.C., over 700 people were arrested. One woman, Ashli Babbitt, obviously a peaceful protester, was shot and murdered in front of multiple witnesses and video by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd.

“These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt,” stated Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, which obtained the documents through a May 2021 FOIA lawsuit. “The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for the over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police.”

🔹According to DOJ information, they now admit approximately 640 defendants were charged with entering or remaining in a federal building or grounds, which is a misdemeanor.

🔹So far, less than 25 percent of those who have been jailed for over a year pleaded guilty. Others who did plead guilty faced notorious judges like Emmett Sullivan, who has ties with Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder and Pelosi.

Although historians and sociologists have examined this dark episode in our history, indoctrination and propaganda have wiped away many of the lessons of time.

Teaching true history helps us understand the issues of that era and view subsequent events with heightened awareness. The parallels between the Salem Witch Trials, the McCarthy hearings of the 1950’s, and today’s Capitol “Insurrection” are notable.
