Liberal sheep now have the blessing of Dr. Anthony Fauci to hold gatherings with family and friends on Christmas 2021. However, Fauci says Americans should tell their Christmas guests to show their papers.
Fauci said only vaccinated Americans can feel comfortable and enjoy dinners and gatherings within the home this Christmas.
“People should, if they invite people over their home, essentially ask, and maybe require that people show evidence that they are vaccinated,”
In October, on CBS News “Face The Nation” host Margaret Brennan asked Fauci if “we can gather for Christmas, or it’s just too soon to tell.”
“You know Margaret, it’s just too soon to tell,” Fauci responded. “We’ve just got to concentrate on continuing to get those numbers down and not try to jump ahead by weeks or months and say what we’re going to do at a particular time.”
“Let’s focus like a laser on continuing to get those cases down,” he blabbed on. “And we can do it by people getting vaccinated and also, in the situation where boosters are appropriate, to get people boosted.”
His propaganda is being met with more public dissection.

“I don’t think anyone is going to be listening to Scrooge Fauci,” Senator Rand Paul observed on Twitter. “I know I won’t be.
“Fauci has lost all credibility with the American people,” Rep. Elise Stefanik from New York, stated. “We aren’t waiting on his permission to celebrate Christmas together.”

Quickly branded a Scrooge—among other things—Fauci quickly changed his tune.
“I will be spending Christmas with my family,” Fauci told CNN. “I encourage people, particularly the vaccinated people who are protected, to have a good, normal Christmas with your family.”

What a bunch of morons. There’s a simple answer to this problem. Celebrate Christmas anyway! Don’t comply! Problem solved.

In all earnestness, I agree with not requiring vaccine certificates.
But I’d like to add that being cautious is not a bad idea even if covid didn’t exist. But the vaccines, in not providing immunity nor blocking transmission have complicated the situation.
Non-vaccinated people would be symptomatic if they had covid (most likely), but vaccinated people can be infectious without symptoms.
So, non-vaccinated people that are sick, coughing, etc., that have an elevated body temperature (out of curiosity I took mine daily for a month. Mine ranges from 96.5 to 99.5 without illness present. Others may vary. Mine is likely low due to medication I take) may consider home covid testing to rule out a covid infection. But my neighbor, works in a hospital, had a severe cough, coworkers developed it too, and his wife is now sick. It is not covid, but an older, compromised, infirm person would want to avoid that severe non-covid infection the same as avoiding covid.
I took an online Webinar on Elevated Body Temperature Screening. Frankly I’m sold, I think all employers should use this at the point of entry. Because of covid? No, because of any infectious disease. I remember people coming to work with fevers, and the pathogen spreads among coworkers. Grrr. One man, on a cruise, returned sick and it spread through the shop, I got sick as well, and I was sick longer than I ever remember being sick (this was before 2015). But measuring temperature after someone takes aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen (Tylenol) and similar might show a normal temperature on a sick person. Vaccinated people may be sick and infectious and not have a significant temperature.
Are people symptomatic. If so, consider a home test.
Are people vaccinated. If so, have they been around someone with covid?
People need to use common sense. Even without covid, I think our society does a poor job with infectious diseases. 60,000 to 80,000 U.S. Lives lost to the flu is insane. Dr. Ioannidis said in nursing homes, 8% of patients that catch the common cold may die from it. Vaccines aren’t the answer, but be cautious.
As you know, I’m not a doctor, my screen name is a character in a 2001 Movie.
Be safe, cherish your friends and relatives, enjoy Christmas.
