Governors and Attorneys General Organize to Protect Private Sector Employment
A coalition of 24 states have organized to stop White House Resident Joe Biden from unlawfully forcing millions of private sector employees to get a COVID-19 vaccine or submit to weekly testing as a condition of keeping their jobs.

This is regardless of whether they work remotely, have religious objections or health concerns about receiving the vaccine, or have already obtained natural immunity as a result of having recovered from the virus.
“The federal government, moreover, intends to compel this unprecedented and unconstitutional intrusion of federal authority into an area normally subject to state law by way of an ’emergency temporary standard’ to be issued as a matter of workplace safety by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) bureaucracy,” states a release from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton today.

“Courts have, historically, curtailed the use of such standards as violative of the constitutional separation of powers – even where, unlike here, the hazard arises in the employee’s place of work.”
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming make up the coalition.

Omg! I can’t believe Tennessee isn’t in on this! Guess I’ll have to contact our governor and tell him to pull his thumb out of his ass and get to it!

Not at all surprising as such a division is clearly implicit in the Kim Clement prophetic word on Two Presidents (2008), and the vision of a deep, wide canyon opening up to divide America, as seen by Chuck Pierce a couple of years later…
