š¹āWhen we tried to take the deposition of people that would know that, the United States Postal Service stonewalled us and refused to let us take those depositions and get that evidence,ā he said. āThe Postal Service refused to let their employees testify about the fraud that occurred through the mail.ā
THE TRUCK DRIVER
On December 1, 2020, truck driver Jesse Morgan was ridiculed by corporate media for his account of hauling thousands of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania prior to Election Day 2020.

As with so many other truths that were initially attacked by the press or slanted by media, Morganās story has stood the test of time, investigation and witnesses’ corroboration.
Morgan told America that he had driven the boxes of ballots from Bethpage, N.Y., to Lancaster, Pa., two weeks before Election Day.
Phill Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas and director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said The Amistad Project has also corroborated the truck driverās story.

āThe evidence demonstrates, and itās through eyewitness testimony thatās been corroborated by others by their eyewitness testimonyā that 144,000 to 281,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were in Morganās haul.
MORGAN’S STORY
Morgan told his story at a press conference.
āI drive a tractor-trailer for U.S. postal service, a subcontractor. I drive a route from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Bethpage, New York, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and back to Lancaster,ā he explained.
āOn October 21, when I arrived for my usual route for Bethpage, an expeditor made three references to ballots that were to be loaded into my trailer, including saying, āHey, you have ballots today,āā Morgan noted.
He received 24 Gaylord boxes full of ballots, stacked on top of each other and that theāenvelopes had handwritten return addresses.ā
āThey were complete ballots. I didnāt think much of it at the time,ā Morgan said, but when he arrived in Harrisburg, he was not permitted to offload the mail.
FORCED TO WAIT
āI was made to wait for roughly 6 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to nearly 3 p.m.,ā he said.
āAll of this was weird,ā Morgan recalled. After waiting for six hours, he went inside and asked to see the expeditor.
āI was told to wait for the transportation supervisor,ā an official Morgan had never dealt with. āHeās a top guy, heās the kind of guy that would speak to my boss.ā
āThe supervisor told me to drive to Lancaster without being unloaded in Harrisburg,ā Morgan said. āI knew the ballots were loaded for Harrisburg.ā
When Morgan began asking for his ticket slips that show he arrived, and a late slip to prove he had been delayed, the supervisor refused to provide them.
āI wanted proof I was there,ā Morgan said. āI wanted proof that I wasnāt the one who screwed all this up.ā
āSince I started driving that Bethpage route, Iāve always had trailer 10-R-1440,ā Morgan said. He noticed because it was his favorite trailer to drive.
āWhat happened on October 21 was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence,ā Morgan was adamant. āI know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania.ā
āAs things became weirder I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didnāt know why, so I decided to speak up,ā Morgan said.
REFUSED HIS TICKETS
āThe transportation supervisor refused to give me a ticket and told me to leave. I then demanded he give me a late slip, since I wanted to get paid for the time I was sitting there, and waiting for them to off-load me.ā
āHe refused to give me that too.ā
āHe was kind of rude and wouldnāt explain anything to me. He just told me to go Lancaster.ā
āI then drove to Lancaster, unhooked my trailer in itās normal place and then drove my truck to where I always park it in a nearby lot. And then I went home.ā
āThe next day it just got weirder.ā
āAs I arrived at Lancasterās United States Postal Service facility (in) my tractor, I went to hook up to my trailer and my trailer was gone. Not there no more.ā
At this same press conference, other whistleblowers revealed that postal workers delivered Joe Biden campaign mail, but discarded mail from the Trump campaign.

California
Diana BectonāContra Costa County, California. Backed by $275,000 from Soros in 2018, Becton became the first woman and first African American elected to serve as DA for Contra Costa County. She is also one of the first in the position to have zero prior experience as a prosecutor. During Bectonās first years in office four Contra Costa cities made the list of the top 100 most dangerous cities in California in 2018, and both violent crime and property crime increased by several percent during 2019.
George GasconāLos Angeles County, California. Soros has spent a combined $6 million on California DA races, much of it wasted on failed candidates, but almost half was spent on the successful campaign of George Gascon for Los Angles DA. Soros was the largest spender in the race, and Gascon won easily.
Since the election, his implementation of left-wing policies led to a crime wave that has become the stuff of legend.Ā Homicide rates soared,Ā organized shoplifting spreesĀ ravaged the city,Ā trains were stopped and ransackedĀ by mobs of looters. Under Gasconās watch the city of Los Angles has rapidly become a national disgrace.
Florida
Monique WorrellāNinth Judicial Circuit (Orange and Osceola County), Florida.Ā Monique Worrell is the second Soros candidate to become state attorney for Orange and Osceola County. Her predecessor, Aramis Ayala, was a ālong-shot candidateā elected in 2016 with the help ofĀ more than $1.3 millionĀ in spending by the Florida Safety and Justice PAC. Ayala immediately earned a reputation for her activist approach, which led to herĀ removal from multiple high-profile murder casesĀ by two different Republican governors. During Ayalaās tenure, violent crime increased dramatically, with murders increasing by 26 percent during 2020.
After Ayala left office to run for Congress, Worrell filled her shoes, with $1 million from Sorosās Democracy PAC surging into the race at the last minute to help her claim victory against her moderate opponent in 2020.
Georgia
Darius PattilloāHenry County, Georgia. Receiving just under $150,000 from Soros through the Georgia Safety and Justice PAC, Patello was elected in 2016 and has remained the most unremarkable Soros-backed DA elected to date. In fact, Sorosās funding of Patello nearly went unreported, possibly because Patello does not seem to share the radical views of his fellow Soros DAs.
Illinois
Kim FoxxāCook County (Chicago), Illinois. Probably the most famous Soros-backed DA, Foxx was boosted into office with the help of $2 million in Soros cash. Foxx has most recently been in the news for potential ethics violations in her 2019 decision to drop charges against Jussie Smollet for his infamous hate crime hoax. (Smollett was recently convicted on the same charges.) Foxx has also made headlines for presiding over Chicagoās largest spike in homicides in more than 30 years while her office dropped charges against 30 percent of felony defendants during 2020.
Louisiana
James StewartāCaddo Parish, Louisiana. Probably the least well-known and least radical Soros-funded DA, James Stewart was elected as the DA of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in 2015 with the help of more than $930,000 in funding from Soros. Stewart has enacted few radical reforms since his election, potentially a disappointing result for Soros. His opponents at the time worried that his progressive views on criminal justice would be ādetrimental to the safety of Caddo Parish.ā
Mississippi
Scott ColomāCircuit Court District Sixteen, Mississippi. Another of the lesser-known Soros-funded Das, Colom quietly received over $926,000 in funding from Soros to help unseat a long-time incumbent in 2015. Colom oversees District 16 in Mississippi, which includes Lowndes, Oktibbeha, Clay, and Noxubee Counties. Colom was recently recommended by Rep. Bernie Thompson (D-MS) for a position as a judge for the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Mississippi. Meanwhile, violent crime, specifically gun violence, remains a serious and growing problem for cities and counties in the 16th Circuit, a problem that Colom has been accused of doing little to combat.
ColomOwens
Jody OwensāHinds County, Mississippi. Aided by a $500,000 contribution from Sorosās Mississippi Justice and Public Safety PAC, Owens was elected in 2019 after running on a platform that promised reform and āalternatives to incarceration.ā Owens brought controversy with him to the DAās office. In 2019, Owens was accused of sexually harassing his female colleagues while working at the Southern Poverty Law Center, an organization with a well-documented proclivity for enabling and ignoring sexual harassment in the workplace.
Owens has also recently brought highly questionable murder charges against two police officers. The charges were dismissed with prejudice for lack of evidence that officers ācaused any injuryā to the alleged victim. Under Owens, Jackson has become one of the deadliest cities in the nation, and in 2021 the city saw over 150 homicides (98 murders per 100,000 residents), an all-time high.
Missouri
Kim GardnerāSt. Louis, Missouri. One of the most famous and polarizing Soros-backed DAs, Kim Gardner has served as the circuit attorney of crime-ridden St. Louis since 2017 and has repeatedly used her office to prosecute conservatives while allowing criminals to walk free.

In 2018, Gardner launched a bogus criminal investigation against Missouriās Republican governor, which led to a special investigation into her office that found probable cause that Gardner engaged in professional misconduct by hiring a private investigator who has since been charged with perjury and evidence tampering. Gardner was also the lead attorney in the absurd prosecution of Mark McCloskey, but was removed from the case by a judge who wrote āthe Circuit Attorneyās conduct raises the appearance that she initiated a criminal prosecution for political purposes.ā
Raul TorrezāBernalillo County (Albuquerque), New Mexico. Although his ties to Soros are less well known and his ideas are slightly less radical, Albuquerqueās DA also got his start from $107,000 in Soros cash that boosted his unopposed campaign in 2016. As of mid-November, Albuquerque had experienced 102 homicides in 2021, the highest number ever recorded, compared to the 67 reported at the same time last year.
Meanwhile, Torrez is busy campaigning for New Mexico Attorney General. Sorosās money is likely to make an appearance in that upcoming race as well.
New York
Alvin BraggāManhattan, New York. One of Sorosās newest DAās, Bragg was elected in 2021 as the DA of Manhattan, largely thanks to approximately $1.1 million given by Soros that year to groups supporting Bragg. Even though Bragg has barely been in office, his tenure is already shaping up as a disaster. After Bragg released a memo stating that his office would not be seeking prison sentences for crimes such as armed robbery, drug dealing, and burglary, more than nine prosecutors in Manhattan quit. Interestingly, one area where Bragg is not expected to be overly lenient is an investigation into President Donald Trumpās business practices, which Bragg conveniently took over after assuming office.
David CleggāUlster County, New York. Soros cash to the tune of at least $184,000 was used to push Ulster County DA David Clegg across the finish line in his 2019 election, but it was also the source of a major controversy at the time. In an embarrassing guffaw, the New York Justice and Public Safety PAC paid for mailers that featured Clegg shaking hands with a prominent criminal and left-wing activist. Under Clegg, gun crimes and shootings have surged dramatically, and high profile cases have been badly mishandled, including a murder case in which the suspect was released because Cleggās office failed to file an indictment on time.
Pennsylvania
Larry KrasnerāPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania. Among the most famous Soros-backed DAs, Krasner has been supported by more than $2 million from Soros funneled through the Pennsylvania Justice and Public Safety PAC and the Philadelphia Justice and Public Safety PAC. Krasner was reelected in 2021 with the help of a $259,000 contribution from Soros. Under Krasnerās watch, crime rates have soared, and in 2021, Philadelphia became the murder capital of the United States with the highest per capita homicide rate of the countryās 10 largest cities.
KrasnerStollsteimer
Jack StollsteimerāDelaware County, Pennsylvania. Lesser known but also well financed by Soros, Stollsteimer was the first Democratic DA ever elected in Delaware County, boosted by roughly $100,000 in ads paid for by Soros during 2019. While still undoubtedly a progressive, Stollsteimer is much less radical than Krasner and has not been openly hostile to police. He did, however, recently feud with police over the graphic details of a report on a rape in broad daylight on a train with many witnesses, none of whom tried to intervene. During Stollsteimerās first year in office, homicides in Delaware County increased 127 percent, though many attribute this to the countyās proximity to Philadelphia.
Texas
Joe GonzalezāBexar County (San Antonio), Texas. George Soros has even dared to mess with Texas. Joe Gonzalez is one of Sorosās favorite DAs, receiving nearly $1 million in backing from the billionaire during his 2018 campaign, upsetting incumbent Democrat Nico LaHood in the primary. Just as in Dallas, violent crime reportedly increased by 15 percent in San Antonio under Gonzalez, while convictions dropped by 17 percent.
John CreuzotāDallas County, Texas. Backed by an estimated $236,000 from Soros, Creuzot became the DA of Dallas County in 2018 and immediately moved forward with a plethora of radical reform policies, including decriminalizing theft under $750, criminal trespass, and drug possession. During his first year in office crime reportedly increased by 15 percent while total convictions dropped by 30 percent. Most recently, Creuzot failed to get a conviction in straightforward case against Billy Chemirmir, a Kenyan immigrant charged with murdering and robbing 18 elderly women in assisted living facilities. He was found with his alleged victimsā personal papers and jewelry in his possession at the time of his arrest.

Brian MiddletonāFort Bend County, Texas. Although it went unnoticed and unreported by the media, Soros played a major role in the 2019 campaign of Fort Bend County DA Brian Middleton, spending nearly $200,000 on advertising in support of his campaign. Middleton has been extremely moderate as far as Soros-backed candidates go, and as a result Fort Bend County has not seen a dramatic spike in crime.
Kim OggāHarris County (Houston), Texas. In 2016, Kim Ogg became the stateās first Soros-backed DA after Soros spent more than $600,000 on the race. As one of the first reform DAās backed by Soros, Ogg is also one of the most moderate. She has stopped prosecuting marijuana offenses, but often seeks high cash bail, causing her to be ostracized by many progressives and apparently Soros.
In 2020, Garza released hundreds of inmates from jail over COVID-19 protocols, even though only six people in Austin at the time were known to have COVID-19. In 2021, Garza released a man with eight prior felony convictions after he was caught toting a gun in a meth-fueled car chase with police. After his release with an ankle monitor, the man allegedly went on a crime spree committing 10 armed robberies. Since Garza was elected, police budgets have been slashed, and Austin has experienced skyrocketing crime rates and a record number of homicides.
Virginia
Parisa Dehghani-TaftiāArlington County and City of Falls Church, Virginia. Backed by over $600,000 from the Justice and Public Safety PAC, one of George Sorosās many personal PACs, Dehghani-Tafti won her 2019 election by toppling a moderate Democratic incumbent and has been a center of controversy ever since. Dehghani-Tafti, along with several other Soros-backed DAs in Virginia, is facing a recall petition after crimes like felony aggravated assault rose 40 percent during her first year in office.
Steve DescanoāFairfax County, Virginia. Steve Descano, who is also facing a recall petition, was elected in 2019 and has endorsed a progressive platform typical of the left-wing DA faction. Descano has made it his officeās official policy not to prosecute more than 20 different crimes including shoplifting for goods under $1,000, prostitution, and indecent exposure. Descanoās initial campaign benefitted from approximately $600,000 from Soros.
Buta BiberajāLoudoun County, Virginia. As Loudoun County District Attorney, Buta Biberaj has championed an anti-incarceration approach to the job, but made headlines for personally seeking jail time for Scott Smith, a father who was arrested for misdemeanor disorderly conduct at a Loudoun County School Board meeting while protesting the School Boardās cover-up of his 14-year-old daughterās rape by a transgender boy in a school bathroom. Smithās defense attorneys reported that it was ācompletely unheard ofā for a DA to personally handle a misdemeanor, much less to pursue jail time, court-ordered anger management, and a hefty fine. Biberajās campaign in 2019 was boosted by over $650,000 in Soros cash, and she is now facing a recall petition.
Ramin FatehiāNorfolk County, Virginia. One of the latest additions to Sorosās collection of rogue prosecutors, Ramin Fatehi was one of very few Democrats to win a Virginia election in 2021, largely thanks to about $220,000 in funding from Soros. Fatehi has yet to make a name for himself as DA, but he ran on the typical progressive platform of promising to abolish cash bail and decriminalize marijuana possession.
Using the same playbook successfully followed in Hungary, Greece, Britain, and a dozen other countries, Soros-funded groups were behind anti-Trump mobs that blocked streets, set fires, injured police officers, and destroyed property the day after his 2017 national election. As expected, they turned up the volume in 2020.
Fantasies of Being a God
An alarming trait of George Soros comes from many interviews over the years when he admitted he has a fascination and fantasy of being āa god.ā
āI admit that I have always harbored an exaggerated view of self-importance ā to put it bluntly, I fancied myself as some kind of god,ā he wrote as far back as 1987.
āIt is a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out,ā he revealed to The Independent in 1993.
On British television he bragged, āNext to my fantasies about being God, I also have very strong fantasies of being mad.ā
In 2002, Soros was convicted by a French court of insider trading, but his political power became so great it didnāt matter. His mode of operation was to buy out judges, prosecutors and local leaders. The same greed successfully worked on national politicians and administrations too.
Soros and his Open Society Foundations (OSF) is a major funder illegal immigration into Europe and now America.
Leaked documents from Sorosā OSF show that the organizationās goal behind funding the Black Lives Matter movement is ultimately to federalize Americaās police forces.

In the Soros funded Demos document is the playbook being used by liberal governors and mayors throughout America. It entitled āPolice Reform: How to Take Advantage of the Crisis of the Moment and Drive Long-Term Institutional Change in Police-Community Practice.ā
Soros is so powerful that, through then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, United States taxpayers spent $9 millions on the Soros-backed campaign to take over Albania politics in 2016.
Documents secured by the political watchdog Judicial Watch, using the American Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), revealed American funds were into a āJustice for Allā campaign to reform the judicial system in Albania in 2016. The campaign was run by Sorosās East West Management Institute.
āThe Obama administration quietly spent at least $9 million in US taxpayersā dollars in direct collusion with left-wing billionaire George Sorosās backing of a socialist government in Albania,ā Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton stated.

The group obtained FOIA records revealing President Obamaās U.S. ambassador to Macedonia, Jess L. Baily, āhas worked behind the scenes with Sorosā Open Society Foundation to funnel large sums of American dollars for the cause.ā
During Obamaās presidency, Judicial Watch proved the White House Administration secured pipelines through the southern border to get more illegal immigrants into the U.S.
In one instance, per the Soros plan, immigrants were being smuggled in from Somalia and other African nations.
Testimony and records reveal Homeland Security officials were busing them into strategic locations across the country to deliberately change vulnerable populations. Read that as taxpayer monies funding future voters for Soros funded causes.
Democracy Alliance has steered more than $500 million in funding to progressive organizations and infrastructure since its founding in 2005.
Each member secretly contributes at least $200,000 annually to Soros groups like Media Matters for America, American Civil Liberties Union, and the Center for Popular Democracy, along with dozens of other left-wing organizations.
Sorosās lobbying group, the Open Society Policy Center, hosted a session called āAfter Kavanaugh,ā to strategies for future judicial nomination fights. Pelosi and mainstream media puppets are actively taking orders and preparing propaganda for the upcoming Supreme Court vacancy due to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsbergās death.
āThe fight over the Kavanaugh nomination saw unprecedented grassroots activity to defeat an unpopular and damaged nominee,ā the leaked Soros agenda explains. āBut as we now know, it was insufficient. With a 6-3 conservative majority on the Supreme Court, how should we prepare for the next vacancy, and what will be needed to bring a similar sense of urgency to the lower federal courts and the state courts?ā
After three official forensic examinations of the Mesa County electronic voting systems, the Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold—known for her tremendous financial campaign support from George Soros—has some serious explaining to do…but she has elite media to do that for her.
Griswold, a former Barack Obama activist, was one of the beneficiaries of the George Soros “Secretary of State Project,” the American non-profit, progressive 527 political action committee. They focused on electing “reform-minded progressive” Secretaries of State in battleground states, who typically oversee the election process. The Project was funded by George Soros and members of the Democracy Alliance.

The original intent in 2006 was to protect Obama by having control of secretary of state offices in five key states ā Iowa, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico and Ohio. The initiative expanded and is a major reason President Trump is not in the White House today.
Among some of the Secretary of State offices who benefited by this Soros group are Michigan’s Jocelyn Benson, Arizona’s Katy Hobbs Pennsylvania’s Katherine Bookvar.
Note the date of Soro’s puppet’s tweet. President Trump had barely been in office.
š¹The first forensic report in Mesa County revealed that at least 29,000 election records had been deleted at the direction of Griswold.
š¹The second Mesa audit exposed numerous system issues that could allow any computer in the world to connect to the voting system server, and 36 separate wireless networking devices in the voting system.
š¹In the third report, there is undeniable evidence that vote counts were changed and manipulated. This audit revealed during early voting, someone randomly created a new election, reloaded ballots into the new election, and likely illegally changed the voters intent on thousands of ballots.
While the audits reveal an illegal voting system was involved, evidence now shows cover-up evidence of numerous serious crimes.
What has Griswold been doing about the illegal activity that she obviously knows more about?
š¹She introduced a bill in the Colorado Senate that, among other flagrant and extreme attempts to seize election power from local election officials, would cause oversight of Colorado elections solely in the hands of her.
š¹Griswold’s SB22- 153 bill is so atrocious that it would make it a crime for election officials to criticize how the state runs elections and bans public audits of elections.

Among those was Wayne Williams, an El Paso City, Colorado Council member and Senior Advisor to Runbeck Election Systems.
Despite the controversy, Mesa County signed a new contract worth (at least in the $100,000 to $300,000 range) with Runbeck in July 2021.

It was Williams who played the lead role in 2015 to force all Colorado counties to use Dominion election systems. Counties have sued Williams to opt out of using the suspect equipment.
Meanwhile, Griswold used her power as chief elections officer to remove Tina Peters (see below) as elections director, and then appointed former Mesa County Clerk and current Mesa County Treasurer Sheila Reiner to oversee the election.
The Mesa County Commissioners did not like that decision.
“There is an immediate need. An immediate need to counter what the Secretary of State is doing. Our position is she is out of her lane,” County Commissioner Scott McInnis declared at the time.
The bottom line is Griswold and her disciples apparently designed a way to cover-up evidence of the crimes committed in Mesa County, and to suppress citizen discovery of new evidence.
The third report was particularly troublesome for Griswold as it verified true illegal activity occurred in two different elections, revealing there was no “fluke” or “glitch.” There is no possible way this manipulation was an accident.

The vote count in Mesa Countyās voting system is impossible to authenticate, or prove accurate, voiding the legal certification of Mesaās election.
Election Fraud is Widespread
In a separate legal case, Griswold is suing the Elbert County Clerk and Recorder in a frantic attempt to seize hard drives containing election record backups. Colorado County Clerk Dallas Shroeder apparently copied those files to protect citizen’s votes.
On March 11, 2022, Griswold attempted to get a lawsuit filed against her by several county clerks and county commissioners tossed.
Joining County Clerk Schroeder is Douglas County Clerk Merlin Klotz, and County Commissioners from Park and Rio Blanco counties, all who want access to election servers.
They want to see if the election equipment software update, known as a “Trusted Build” deleted election data.
When these county’s backups are forensically analyzed, evidence of similar activities could show Griswoldās illegal conduct was more widespread.
State law enforcement officials, including CO Attorney General Weiser, are expected to demand access to those backups in support of a thorough criminal investigation.
Griswold’s Other Desperate Attempts
Tina Peters, County Clerk and Recorder of Mesa County, has been the target of Griswold’s venom since the November 2020 Election.
Peters has been steadfast on integrity knowing election records are legally supposed to be preserved for 25 months per Colorado law, and 22 months according to Federal Law. This was all deleted from Mesa Countyās Dominion machines.

Peter’s said Griswold’s bill “is not ‘an elections bill’, this is an attempt to further limit transparency into Coloradoās election process. Soros operative Gestapo Griswoldās Senate Bill 22-153 is a bald attempt to prevent anyone from knowing how our voting systems work. Among other things, it criminalized election officialsā free speech.”
Griswold found solace in a willing mainstream media to shield her…and go offensive with her fellow Soros influenced Democrats. She went to media, including NPR to criticize Peters and The Gateway Pundit for reporting on Griswoldās request to destroy 2020 Election data.
Peters copied election data from her county that Jena Griswold told her to delete. For this Griswold had Peters’ home and offices raided. Observers noted Griswold wanted to erase all the evidence from the 2020 election but Peters spoiled her plans.
By November 2021, Colorado citizens filed a lawsuit against Griswold. Hanks et al v. Griswold was filed in Denver District Court. The most damning facts of the case claim that Griswold and her employees destroyed election records from the 2020 election.
š¹Griswold raided Clerk Peterās office on August 10, 2021 with the approval of Mesa County DA, Dan Rubenstein and the newly appointed Sheriff Matt Lewis.
š¹Griswold raided a home, in the middle of the night, with four children asleep. In the raid all electronics were confiscated, including childrenās devices. This was related to the earlier raid.
š¹Griswold raided Peterās office a second time where she, in cooperation with Mesa County DA and Sheriff, seized the voting equipment. For some odd reason there was no official accounting of the equipment that was taken,
Regarding the Elbert County voting records, in an affidavit signed by Clerk Schroeder, he explains his actions:
āI was told that there was evidence that the ātrusted buildā process that was performed on Mesa Countyās Dominion voting system during May of 2021, had erased electronic files that were part of the 2020 election records,” he said. “This information was concerning, because I have a legal duty to retain election records for 25 months after every election.”
“The purpose of retaining the records is so that a proper audit of an election can be performed,” he explained. “I was concerned that the ātrusted buildā process might erase electronic election records from the Elbert County elections systems, which would violate state law.ā
The Hershey Company turned against their employees and many consumers by “going woke” when the chocolate maker fired employees who refused to get injected with the Chinese coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.
The Pennsylvania-based company asked employees to sign a nine-page waiver that absolves the company from legal liabilities. The waiver also bars former workers from talking about their experience.
Upon signing the waiver, the employees would be given a āspecial separation paymentā determined by an algorithm. However, many affected Hersheyās employees refused to sign the document and declined the money, which only amounted to two monthsā salary for some.
Hersheyās announced a COVID-19 vaccine mandate in August 2021 that went into effect two months later in October. The mandate applied to salaried employees, but excluded factory workers and staff members at the Hersheyās Chocolate World stores.
A company spokesperson said that āa small numberā of salaried employees were terminated due to noncompliance with the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
āA small number of individuals who did not get vaccinated were separated from the company,ā the spokesperson said. It was not clear how many employees were laid off.
According to employees who were terminated, Hersheyās human resources (HR) department intimidated them during meetings by asking intrusive questions. Some who sought religious exemptions claimed they were feeling āharassedā with the line of questions being thrown their way.
Many such questions were conducted by employees immediate supervisor and a representative from the human resources department.
Those questions included:

š¹How do you protect yourself when you leave your home?
š¹How often do you go to church?
š¹Do you take Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums or Midol? If so, how can you say that youāre truly a religious person because a lot of those medicines also have the same ingredients as the vaccine?
Others were told that Pope Francis is also vaccinated and that he has proclaimed that vaccination is one of the greatest gifts a person can give to their communities
“Big news out of Pennsylvania,” wrote 45th President Donald J. Trump in a statement, “great patriotic spirit is developing at a level that nobody thought possible. Make America Great Again!”
On Jan. 28, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court struck down Act 77, which made absentee/mail-in voting available to all eligible voters, as a violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
The court voted 3-2, with Judges Mary Hannah Leavitt, Patricia McCullough, and Christine Fizzano Cannon (all Republicans) forming the majority and Judges Michael Wojcik and Ellen H. Ceisler (both Democrats) dissenting.
As a result, and pending action by the state supreme court, absentee/mail-in voting eligibility in Pennsylvania is governed by Article VII, Section 14, of the state constitution. This section allows absentee/mail-in voting for “qualified electors who may, on the occurrence of any election, be absent from the municipality of their residence, because their duties, occupation, or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee.”
As expected Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf criticized the ruling, saying “We need leaders to support removing more barriers to voting, not trying to silence the people.”
Judge Leavitt, writing for the majority, analyzed Act 77 within the context of three provisions of the state constitution:
Article VII, Section 1, of the Pennsylvania Constitution says a voter must have “resided in the election district where he or she shall offer to vote at least 60 days immediately preceding the election[.]”
Leavitt said, “Our Supreme Court has specifically held that the phrase ‘offer to vote’ requires the physical presence of the elector, whose ‘ballot cannot be sent by mail or express, nor can it be cast outside of all Pennsylvania election districts and certified into the county where the voter has his domicile.'”
Leavitt added, “There is no air in this construction of ‘offer to vote.’ … Our Supreme Court has further directed that before legislation ‘be placed on our statute books’ to allow qualified electors absent from their polling place on Election Day to vote by mail, ‘an amendment to the Constitution must be adopted permitting this to be done.”
Article VII, Section 4 establishes that “all elections by the citizens shall be by ballot or by such other method as may be prescribed by law,” provided “that secrecy in voting be preserved.” Leavitt said, “To read Section 4 as an authorization for no-excuse mail-in voting is wrong for three reasons.
š¹First, no-excuse mail-in voting uses a paper ballot and not some ‘other method.’
š¹Second, this reading unhooks Section 4 from the remainder of Article VII as well as its historical underpinnings. It ignores the in-person place requirement that was made part of our fundamental law in 1838.
š¹Third, it renders Article VII, Section 14, surplusage.”
Article VII, Section 14, allows absentee/mail-in voting for “qualified electors who may, on the occurrence of any election, be absent from the municipality of their residence, because their duties, occupation, or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee.”
Leavitt wrote, “Section 14 can only be understood as an exception to the rule established in Article VII, Section 1, that a qualified elector must present herself at her proper polling place to vote on Election Day, unless she must ‘be absent” on Election Day for the reasons specified in Article VII, Section 14(a).”
State Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman (R) said, “Todayās ruling should serve as a call to action to open up a serious conversation about the reforms necessary to make voting both accessible and secure for all Pennsylvanians. Governor Wolf has ignored this debate for over a year, but hopefully this ruling will help bring him to the table so we can address concerns about our election system once and for all. ”
State Sen. Doug Mastriano (R) said, “I welcome the end of ‘no-excuse’ mail-in voting in Pennsylvania and I introduced legislation this session that does just that.”
Currently, seven states conduct their elections predominantly by mail (i.e., all voters automatically receive mail-in ballots.
Twenty-five states allow all voters to vote absentee/by mail, but voters must request a ballot themselves.
The remaining states allow voters meeting specific eligibility criteria to vote absentee/by mail.
For certain, over 72.6 million Americans cast legal votes for President Donald J. Trump in the 2020 election. He received more votes than any other incumbent president in history.
Over a year later, we now know that both forensics and other evidence indicate Trump’s vote were likely over 100 million…a landslide. Biden may have been lucky to have received 40 million legal votes.
In November 2020, Attorney Generals from ten states–AL, ARK, FL, KY, MISS, SC, SD, MO, and TX–filed a brief in a Pennsylvania election case before the Supreme Court arguing that voting by mail creates unique risks of fraud. There was not one mention of this from CNN, Fox, MSNBC, ABC, CBS or NBC.
Media attempted to hide the actions of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and State Attorney General both violating the Constitution by making changes to state law on elections. The state legislature, not the courts, make laws.
In their previous election, Pennsylvania, in 2018, had 230,000 absentee ballots cast, with 3.5% rejected for signature mismatches or other reasons. In 2020, when more than 1.2 million absentee ballots were cast, the rejection rate fell to 0.3%. Media eliminated this in their reporting and instead used their dishonest mantras, “with no evidence,” “the big lie,” “being untruthful” in regards to President Trump’s and others legitimate information.

Here are other facts pertaining to the dishonesty in the election that were not reported or basically disregarded by fake news outlets.
š¹Obama lost over 3.5 million votes in his re-election. President Donald Trump gained 10 million. Mainstream media ignored this.
š¹In Pennsylvania, over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were mailed out. Almost 35,000 ballots were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another 23,000 have a return date earlier than the mailed date. How did they received the ballot before it was even mailed?
š¹In Georgia, over 27,000 ballots came in from people over the age of 90. There were 1,000+ over age of 100, and 528 over age of 105. All major
š¹Over 10,460 dead people cast ballots in Michigan according to just the first preliminary forensic analysis. About 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) are marked in the stateās mail voting database as having returned ballots. Another nearly 2,000 are 100 years old or more and arenāt listed as known living centenarians.
Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray ruled has that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, broke state law when she unilaterally changed election rules concerning absentee balloting in the 2020 election. This ruling was one of the first to legitimize a key claim made by the Trump legal team in its challenges to the 2020 election. This clear violation of the Michigan Administrative Procedures Act was ignored or reported dishonestly by media.
Trump rallies continue to be historical
š¹Computer forensic investigations of the Nevada election indicated that after manually lowering the signature settings, the machines used for signature verification were not reliable. Even former Nevada Attorney General Adam Kaxalt verified that over 200,000 votes were counted this way. Ironically, the following 400,000 plus signatures were matched without real observation.
š¹The media hid information about a legal affidavit from an election worker in Clark County, Nevada, who swore mail-in ballots were improperly filled out in a Biden-Harris van outside a polling place.
Major media, controlled by groups who intend to destroy America, continue feeding untrue propaganda to millions. These actual quotes from them are not true:
“There is no evidence of voter fraud.”
“Trump’s lawyers have lost their lawsuits in five states.”
“Post office whistleblower recants his story about voter fraud.”
Each one of those statements are 100 percent false.
For days after the election, we heard Biden “is winning North Carolina.” By Friday, November 13, 2020, even the liberal Associated Press, CNN, New York Times, MSNBC and others had to acknowledge President Trump was the victor.
Media has been sweeping under the rug the fact that every illegal vote counted dilutes the importance of every legal vote that was cast.
With 31 days until the Nov. 2 general election, some voter registration deadlines are approaching. Hereās a quick breakdown of some of those deadlines.
Texas: the voter registration deadline is Monday, Oct. 4. Voters can check their registration status here.
Ballot measures: Voters in Texas will decide eight statewide ballot measures at the general election. All eight measures are constitutional amendments placed on the ballot by the Texas State Legislature.
Virginia: the voter registration deadline is Oct. 11.Voters can check their registration status here.
State executives: Three state executive offices are on the statewide ballot this year: governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general. Democrats currently hold all three positions but only one incumbentāAtty. Gen. Mark Herring (D)āis seeking re-election, leaving the other two offices open.
State legislative: All 100 seats of the Virginia House of Delegates are also up for election making this the first election cycle since 1999 with Democrats defending a majority in the chamber.
New Jersey: the voter registration deadline is Oct. 12. Voters can check their registration status here.
State executive: Voters will cast their ballots for governor and lieutenant governor as incumbent Gov. Phil Murphy (D) faces former state Assm. Jack Ciattarelli (R) and three others. In New Jersey, the outcome of the gubernatorial and lieutenant gubernatorial election defines the rest of the executive branch: the officesāelected on a joint ticketāare the only directly-elected executive officials in the state, with the remainder being appointed by the governor.
State legislative: All state legislative seats in the state Senate and General Assembly are also up for election. Democrats currently hold majorities in both chambers.
Ballot measures: Voters will also decide two statewide ballot measures, both of which are constitutional amendments placed on the ballot by the legislature.

State courts: Pennsylvanians will elect a new state supreme court justice. Justice Thomas Saylor (R) could not seek re-election due to reaching the mandatory retirement age of 75. Voters will decide his replacement between Maria McLaughlin (D), a judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and Kevin Brobson (R), a Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court judge. In addition to the supreme court election, seven positions on the stateās intermediate appellate courts are also up for election. Three of those are partisan elections while the other four are retention elections.
Ballot measures: Voters will also decide four statewide ballot measures, three of which are constitutional amendments placed on the ballot by the legislature. The fourth measure is a legislatively referred state statute.

Corporate Mainstream Media and Pennsylvania Democrats gaslight American voters by claiming election fraud in their state is a hoax. However, there we’re 1.8 million ballots sent out and 2.5 million returned.

Known Pennsylvania 2020 General Election irregularities
Overall Number inconsistencies
A total of 423,116 votes were removed from President Trump on election day.
In Philadelphia County there are 1686 precincts. In 278 of those precincts, 97% or more votes were for Joe Biden. This is an unprecedented outlier.
According to a statement released on December 28th by Rep. Mike Jones, there were 170,000 more ballots cast than there were voters who actually voted. None of these irregularities were investigated or resolved due to the fact that this data surfaced after Secretary Boockvar and Governor Wolf certified the election results.
Over 21,000 dead people were on voter rolls prior to the November 3rd election. Out of that number, 12,192 were listed as Active Voters.
Voting Machine Issues
Pennsylvania purchased new electronic voting machines from a variety of companies ahead of the November 2020 election. 14 counties have Dominion voting machines, which came under intense scrutiny regarding issues of potential voter fraud.
Dominion claims that their machines are not able to connect to the internet and therefore cannot be hacked into for the purpose of switching votes from one candidate to another. However, American witnessed on live TV in the Senate Georgia hearing on January 5th, 2021 the voting machines were in fact connected to WiFi and an individual was able to hack into the machines through his phone giving him direct access to the votes in real-time.
Pennsylvania vote totals changed from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in very large batches. For reference, here is one of the larger changes made in real-time on election night.

It is now well outlined that the voting machines in Pennsylvania were in tampered with by foreign adversaries in China. Documented evidence includes IP addresses of the computers responsible for hacking into our voting system and switching votes in numerous states, including Pennsylvania.
Mail In Ballot Issues
By November 10, 2021, more than 20,000 mail in ballots had impossible return dates and 80,000 have very questionable return dates.
51,000 mail in ballots were recorded as received just one day after they were sent out.
35,000 mail in ballots were returned on the same day they were sent out.
23,000 mail in ballots have a return date that is earlier than the sent date ā a total impossibility.
More than 9,000 mail in ballots have no sent date listed at all.
43,000 mail in ballots were returned two days after being sent out, which is remarkably fast, but extremely rare.
Unconstitutional Changes
In September of 2020, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that ballots could be accepted until 5 p.m. Friday November 6th, as long as they were postmarked by Election Day. The justices also said those ballots could be accepted even if they did not have a postmark or had one that was illegible, as long as there was not a āpreponderance of evidenceā to show they were sent too late. This is a direct violation of the Pennsylvania Constitution that stipulate changes to election laws must go through the legislative branch.
On October 23, 2020, upon a petition from the Secretary of the Commonwealth, the state Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots need not authenticate signatures for said ballots, thereby treating in-person and mail-in voters dissimilarly and eliminating a critical safeguard to ensure the integrity of the vote.
The Department of State under Kathy Boockvar changed the rules on the Monday prior to election day, by providing last-second guidance directing counties to provide information to help voters whose mail-in or absentee ballots were incorrectly completed so those voters could vote on a provisional ballot. This violates the equal protection clause of the US Constitution giving an unfair advantage to mail in ballot voter versus in person voters.
A letter from a signed petition of over 72,000 voters (growing at least 500 signatures a day) with Audit The Vote–PA went to all Pennsylvania Representatives and Senators. In part, below are key parts of the petition:
“We are reaching out to voice our concern over the Pennsylvania 2020 election process, procedures, and alleged fraud to restore confidence in our entire election process moving forward…we are extremely disappointed at not just the handling of the election irregularities, but also what appears to be the blatant disregard for the rule of law in our home state.”
“The Pennsylvania Supreme Court system allowed former Secretary of State, Kathy Boockvar, to make last minute changes to Act 77, which in and of itself is a disaster. We now know that many of you did not even read the entire bill before signing it into law…”
“…the Supreme Courtās decision violated the Pennsylvania Constitution which clearly outlines that any changes made to the law must go through the legislature…”
“In addition, on November 19th, the Pennsylvania House voted to approve a Republican-sponsored measure to set up a near-immediate audit of the 2020 election, citing inconsistencies and confusion in the electorate as evidence that the process must be improved for future elections in the state. The vote was 112 in favor of the audit and 90 against it. However, the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee ultimately rejected the request for an audit. They were expected to release a report to include the following information on both the county level and statewide level:
For both absentee and mail-in ballots, the number of applications received, the number that were approved by the county board of elections, and the number returned by voters that were subsequently canvassed.

Full forensic investigation on all electronic voting machines conducted by an independent audit company.”

Following is a press release from July 21, 2021 which only helps prevent future election integrity concerns, but doesn’t answer 2020 fraud issues:
Department Of State Decertifies Fulton Countyās Voting System
Harrisburg, PA ā Acting Secretary of State Veronica W. Degraffenreid has informed the Fulton County Board of Elections that she has decertified the county’s voting system for future elections because it was subjected to a post-election review by a third party in violation of Pennsylvania’s Election Code.
“I have a statutory obligation to examine, evaluate and certify electronic voting systems,” Secretary Degraffenreid said in a July 20, 2021, letter to the county. “These reviews include verifying that the voting system conforms to federal and state law and any regulations or standards regarding confidentiality, security, accuracy, safety, reliability, usability, accessibility, durability, resiliency, and auditability.”
Earlier this year, Fulton County officials allowed Wake TSI, a company with no knowledge or expertise in election technology, to access certain key components of its certified system, including the county’s election database, results files, and Windows systems logs. The county officials also allowed the company to use a system imaging tool to take complete hard drive images of these computers and other digital equipment.
“These actions were taken in a manner that was not transparent,” the Secretary said in her letter. “As a result of the access granted to Wake TSI, Fulton County’s certified system has been compromised and neither Fulton County, the vendor, Dominion Voting Systems, nor the Department of State can verify that the impacted components of Fulton County’s leased voting system are safe to use in future elections.”
The third-party access to Fulton County’s voting system undermined the chain of custody requirements and strict access limitations necessary to prevent both intentional and inadvertent tampering with electronic voting systems. The unauthorized access prevents the vendor from affirming that the system continues to meet state and federal certification standards.
On December 1, 2020, truck driver Jesse Morgan was ridiculed by corporate media for his account of hauling thousands of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania prior to Election Day 2020.

As with so many other truths that were initially attacked by the press or slanted by media, Morgan’s story has stood the test of time, investigation and corroborated.
Morgan told America that he had driven the boxes of ballots from Bethpage, N.Y., to Lancaster, Pa., two weeks before Election Day.
Phill Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas and director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, said The Amistad Project has corroborated the truck driverās story.

āThe evidence demonstrates, and itās through eyewitness testimony thatās been corroborated by others by their eyewitness testimony” that 144,000 to 281,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were in Morgan’s haul.
Morgan’s Story
Morgan told his story at a press conference.
āI drive a tractor-trailer for U.S. postal service, a subcontractor. I drive a route from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, to Bethpage, New York, to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and back to Lancaster,ā he explained.
āOn October 21, when I arrived for my usual route for Bethpage, an expeditor made three references to ballots that were to be loaded into my trailer, including saying, āHey, you have ballots today,’ā Morgan noted.
He received 24 Gaylord boxes full of ballots, stacked on top of each other and that theāenvelopes had handwritten return addresses.ā
āThey were complete ballots. I didnāt think much of it at the time,ā Morgan said, but when he arrived in Harrisburg, he was not permitted to offload the mail.
Forced to Wait
āI was made to wait for roughly 6 hours, from 9:15 a.m. to nearly 3 p.m.,ā he said.
āAll of this was weird,ā Morgan recalled. After waiting for six hours, he went inside and asked to see the expeditor.
āI was told to wait for the transportation supervisor,ā an official Morgan had never dealt with. āHeās a top guy, heās the kind of guy that would speak to my boss.ā
āThe supervisor told me to drive to Lancaster without being unloaded in Harrisburg,ā Morgan said. āI knew the ballots were loaded for Harrisburg.ā
When Morgan began asking for his ticket slips that show he arrived, and a late slip to prove he had been delayed, the supervisor refused to provide them.
“I wanted proof I was there,” Morgan said. “I wanted proof that I wasn’t the one who screwed all this up.”
āSince I started driving that Bethpage route, Iāve always had trailer 10-R-1440,ā Morgan said. He noticed because it was his favorite trailer to drive.
āWhat happened on October 21 was a series of unusual events that cannot be a coincidence,ā Morgan was adamant. āI know I saw ballots with return addresses filled out, thousands of them, thousands. Loaded onto my trailer in New York and headed for Pennsylvania.ā
āAs things became weirder I got to thinking and wondered why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. I didnāt know why, so I decided to speak up,ā Morgan said.
Refused His Tickets
āThe transportation supervisor refused to give me a ticket and told me to leave. I then demanded he give me a late slip, since I wanted to get paid for the time I was sitting there, and waiting for them to off-load me.”
āHe refused to give me that too.”
āHe was kind of rude and wouldnāt explain anything to me. He just told me to go Lancaster.”
āI then drove to Lancaster, unhooked my trailer in itās normal place and then drove my truck to where I always park it in a nearby lot. And then I went home.”
āThe next day it just got weirder.”
āAs I arrived at Lancasterās United States Postal Service facility (in) my tractor, I went to hook up to my trailer and my trailer was gone. Not there no more.”
At this same press conference, other whistleblowers revealed that postal workers delivered Joe Biden campaign mail, but discarded mail from the Trump campaign.
Dominion Voting Machines
Gregory Stenstrom saw a Dominion Voting Systems vendor inserting flash drives into voting aggregation machines in Delaware County, and that election officials mingled various drives from aggregation machines, making auditing of the results problematic.
Ethan Pease, a US Postal Service subcontractor from Wisconsin, testified that he was told of plans to backdate tens of thousands of mail-in ballots, to circumvent the legal deadline for their submission.

Col. Tony Schaeffer, with The Amistad Project, said the organization had backed up Morganās story.
Kline said sources told him Morganās story āmatched up perfectly on how you would insert fraudulent mail into the stream.ā
Zuckerberg Bought Elections
āWe are fighting Mark Zuckerberg (of Facebook) around the country where he is using CTCL, a nonprofit founded and managed by Obama-affiliated operatives, to funnel hundreds of millions of dollars to leftist strongholds in several battleground states to determine the outcome of the election,” Kline revealed on November 6, two days after the election.
“This is a scheme engineered by partisan activists under the guise of COVID-related support,” Kline noted. The privatization of the election undermines the integrity of the election.ā
Voting Days After
āThey are still voting in Pennsylvania,” Washington Times reporter Rowan Scarborough said at the time. “Three days after Nov. 3. Dems tried that in other states but judges said no. Continued voting after election day would be considered fraud by UN observers. News reports said more ballots coming in. No post mark required. Or matching signature. UN observers would also consider that evidence of fraud.ā
Political commentator Mark Steyn noted: āSo swing-state elections are now a subsidiary of Facebook: Votebook. What could go wrong?ā

āJust a general observation from a foreigner feeling ever more foreign since Wednesday morning: I have spent election night in many countries over the years, and have never seen what I saw on Tuesday night,” Steyn said. “And I am amazed that even the parochial brain-dead American legacy media could pass off what happened in Philadelphia as normal.”
“Everywhere else the polls close and the riding or constituency counts the votes until theyāre all done and they have a final 100 percent result ā by 9pm, 11.30pm, 3am, however long it takes. But, in Philadelphia and elsewhere, they suddenly stop counting and everyone goes home until late the following morning to start counting the boxes that have shown up under cover of darkness.ā
āBut with every couple of hours itās clear that Fox News called Arizona way too early, and that, if itās an honest count, the probability is that that state will fall back into the Trump column ā which, with Georgia, NC and Penn, would be enough to get him past 270,” Steyn commented. “Thatās a very big āifā, but it would seem more likely than any beneficial result from state judges, even those not cashing a Zuckerberg check.ā
On June 7, 1776, Richard Henry Lee delivered the all-important resolution of the founding era, before the assembled delegates of the 2nd Continental Congress:
āResolved, that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent States...ā
Congress appointed three overlapping committees to draft a formal declaration of independence, a model treaty for the conduct of international relations and a document by which this confederation of states, was to be governed.
Already appointed to the Committee of Confederation, Lee was urged to join Declaration committee, as well. Believing that two such committees were too much and burdened with the care of a critically ill wife, Lee demurred.
So a committee of five was appointed to write the Declaration of Independence, including Benjamin Franklin of Pennsylvania, Roger Sherman of Connecticut, Robert R. Livingston of New York, Massachusetts attorney John Adams and a young Virginia delegate named Thomas Jefferson.
Jefferson had no interest in writing the Declaration of Independence and suggested that Adams pen the first draft. Adams declined, and described the following conversation, in a letter to Massachusetts politician Timothy Pickering:
āJefferson proposed to me to make the draft. I said, āI will not,ā āYou should do it.ā āOh! no.ā āWhy will you not? You ought to do it.ā āI will not.ā āWhy?ā āReasons enough.ā āWhat can be your reasons?ā āReason first, you are a Virginian, and a Virginian ought to appear at the head of this business. Reason second, I am obnoxious, suspected, and unpopular. You are very much otherwise. Reason third, you can write ten times better than I can.ā āWell,ā said Jefferson, āif you are decided, I will do as well as I can.ā āVery well. When you have drawn it up, we will have a meeting.ā
Fellow committee members agreed. Thomas Jefferson spent the following seventeen days, writing the first draft.
He and Adams had only just met during the Continental Congress in Philadelphia. The two would develop a close personal friendship which would last for the rest of their lives.
To be more precise, the friendship between the two men would last, for most of their lives.
That all came to an ugly end during the Presidential election of 1800, in which mudslinging and personal attacks from both sides rose to levels never before witnessed in a national election.
Jefferson defeated one-term incumbent Adams and went on to serve two terms as President of the United States. Upon Jeffersonās retirement in 1809, Dr. Benjamin Rush, one of the Declarationās signers, took it upon himself to patch up the broken friendship between the two founding fathers.
For two years Dr. Rush worked on this personal diplomatic mission. In 1811, he succeeded.
Jefferson Seal
There followed a series of letters between John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, which together constitute one of the most comprehensive historical and philosophical assessments ever written about the American founding.
The correspondence between the pair touched on a variety of topics, from the birth of a self-governing Constitutional Republic, to then-current political issues to matters of philosophy, religion and personal issues related to the advancement, of years.
Both men understood. They were writing not only to one another, but to generations yet unborn. Each went to great lengths to explain the philosophical underpinnings of his views. Adams was the firm believer in strong, centralized government, while Jefferson advocated a small federal government, deferential to the states.
By 1826, Jefferson and Adams were among the last survivors among the founding generation. Only a handful still remained.
No fiction writer, no Hollywood screenwriter would dare put to paper an ending so unlikely, so unbelievable, as that which then took place.
These two men, central among the hundreds who gave us this self governing Republic, died on the same day. July 4, 1826. It was fifty years to the day from the birth of the Republic, they had helped to create.
Adams was 90 as he lay on his deathbed, suffering from congestive heart failure. His last words were āThomas Jefferson still survivesā.
Adams had no way to know. The author of the Declaration of Independence had died of a fever that morning, at his Monticello home. Jefferson was 82.
John Adams’ son John Quincy was himself President at the time of the two menās passing, and remarked that the coincidence was among the āvisible and palpable remarks of Divine Favorā.
A month after the two men died, Daniel Webster spoke of these two men at Faneuil Hall, in Boston.
āNo two men now live, (or) any two men have ever lived, in one age, who (have) given a more lasting direction to the current of human thought. No age will come, in which the American Revolution will appear less than it is, one of the greatest events in human history. No age will come, in which it will cease to be seen and felt, on either continent, that a mighty step, a great advance, not only in American affairs, but in human affairs, was made on the 4th of July 1776ā³.

There is currently a deluge in the number of US hospitals or health systems that recently announced layoffs or job cuts. Some of these include:
1. Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Health will lay off 83 employees of its 100-year-old hospital in Hammond, Ind., according to a notice filed with the state.
The layoff notice comes as the health system works to shrink the 226-bed Franciscan Health Hammond Hospital to an eight-bed acute care facility with an emergency department and primary care practice. The layoffs are slated to begin Aug. 21 and will be permanent, the health system said.
2. HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley, a three-hospital system in the Westchester Medical Center Health Network, laid off an undisclosed number of workers June 14.
Westchester Medical Center Health Network in Valhalla, N.Y., said it laid off HealthAlliance hospital employees in Kingston, N.Y., to eliminate redundancies as it begins to consolidate inpatient services to one location.
3. As part of a financial restructuring plan, Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health will issue another round of layoffs this year. The health system said in early June it plans to lay off 400 employees.
These newly announced layoffs are in addition to 277 information technology jobs that were cut April 2. Sutter said most of the new layoffs affect employees in administrative positions in benefits, human resources, data services and accounting. The layoff notice said many of these employees were working remotely or in the field.
4. A little over a month after filing a notice to complete about 651 layoffs this year, Ascension Technologies, the IT subsidiary of St. Louis-based Ascension, eliminated 92 remote IT jobs in Indiana, according to a June 3 report. Most of the laid-off employees are based in Indianapolis and Evansville, Ind., the Indiana Department of Workforce Development said June 2.
5. Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital plans to lay off 56 employees and is warning of more cuts unless it receives government aid quickly, according to a May 25 report. The layoffs will affect employees working in administration and patient care. The layoffs affect about 2.5 percent of the 186-bed hospital’s workforce. Lawrence General attributed the layoffs to the COVID-19 pandemic weakening its financial profile.
6. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Cancer Treatment Centers of America closed its hospital in Tulsa, Okla. About 400 employees will be affected by the closure. The hospital saw its last patient on May 27.
7. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Cancer Treatment Centers of America is selling its hospital in Philadelphia and will lay off the facility’s 365 employees, according to a closure notice filed with the state. The cancer care network said it anticipates the layoffs in Philadelphia will begin after May 30.
