Surges in Blood Clots Continue: Insights from American Embalmers

“I’m a 30 plus year licensed funeral director/embalmer/coroner in the USA, still in the trenches working,” Wallace Booker, an American ebalmer began. “Since late winter/early spring of 2021 many of my colleagues and I began experiencing anomalies as we embalmed we hadn’t seen before… large white fibrin structures which contain no properties of blood. Further research show they are 90% plus amyloid in composition.”

“We saw an uptick in gestational mothers loosing their babies at 20-25 weeks, unexplained death of young males 18-36 (attributed to blood clots). We know of chronically ill people with no known cause, increasing rates of myocarditis, young people dropping dead and board certified forensic pathologists unable to pinpoint a cause/manner of death. An increase of 800% of autopsied deaths by blood clots of unknown origin.”

Booker is owner/funeral director/embalmer of Family & Friends Funeral Home of Wingate, IN. He attended Purdue University and is a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Wheeling, IL. He served as 2015 – 2016 President of the Indiana Funeral Directors Association and serves on the Advisory Board of Worsham College of Mortuary Science.

“Now we’re seeing a significant increase in ‘turbo cancer’ deaths. Unlike anything I’ve seen. Someone suddenly feels ill, it get worse in a few days…they go to their doctor… baam, they’re in stage 4 cancer and dead in weeks! They all have one thing in common… guess what it is.”

“Don’t shoot the messenger,” he continued. “I’ve been talking about this since 2021. I have lost friends, been chastise, I have been beat up on social media, I have lost business and now the truth is beginning to come out. I would do it all over again if we could just help people stay healthy.”

“It’s just so heartbreaking for us in funeral service to see it first hand, wanting to make a difference but those who could/should help turn a blind eye. I have much more to share but folks can only take so much.”

Booker is not alone. The 2024 Worldwide Embalmer Blood Clot Survey was conducted from November 11 to December 14, 2024, across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This survey collected responses from 301 embalmers. The results are striking:

Prevalence of Clots: 83% of embalmers reported observing white, fibrous clots in an average of 27.5% of corpses in 2024, up from 73% in 2023 and 67% in 2022. These clots were rarely, if ever, seen before 2021.

Micro-Clotting: 70% of respondents noted micro-clotting, described as “coffee grounds” or “dirty blood,” in 22% of cases.

Vaccination Correlation: Of 1,425 respondents reporting clotting issues, 91% had received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose. Only 79 cases of these clots were reported in 2020 (pre-vaccine), compared to over 500 annually from 2021 to 2024.

Infant Mortality: 39% of embalmers observed a 14% average increase in infant deaths compared to pre-2020 levels.
