Ingredients:
6 ounces feta cheese, cubed or sliced
1/4 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, pistachios, or almonds)
1/4 cup dried cranberries or figs, chopped
1/2 cup olives (green or Kalamata)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, or mint)
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (for hot honey drizzle)
Pita bread or crackers for serving

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine honey and chili flakes. Warm slightly for 10–15 seconds in the microwave to create hot honey. Set aside.
Arrange feta cheese in the center of a large serving board or platter.
Surround with olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, nuts, and dried fruits.
Drizzle the feta and nuts with the hot honey mixture.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with warm pita bread or crackers.
