Biden Bureaucrats Lose Federal Appeals Court Case Against Trump

A federal appeals court just handed President Trump a massive constitutional victory. It also dealt a major blow to the unelected bureaucrats who thought they were untouchable.

Two Biden-appointed officials — Gwynne Wilcox (NLRB Chair) and Cathy Harris (MSPB Chair) — sued. Trump fired them earlier this year.

They claimed they could only be removed “for cause,” meaning the President must prove wrongdoing before replacing them.

Two district judges sided with the bureaucrats. One judge compared Trump to a “king.” They tried to give the bureaucrats their jobs back.

But the U.S. Court of Appeals for D.C. just reversed all of it.

They ruled that Presidents can fire these agency heads anytime for any reason.

This essentially stops the nonsense of protected political appointees hiding behind outdated laws.
There will be no more rogue “independent” agencies acting above the Commander-in-Chief.

Judge Neomi Rao, writing for the majority, made it clear:

“Congress may not restrict the President’s ability to remove principal officers who wield substantial executive power.”

This restores what the Constitution always intended:

•️The President answers to the voters.

•Bureaucrats answer to the President.

•️ No more unaccountable swamp creatures running the country.

This is a historic win for the Presidency, separation of powers, and draining the swamp.
