Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed & finely chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds (low-carb)
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Form into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve with low-carb dip (like sugar-free buffalo sauce or Greek yogurt ranch).
