Former United States Capitol Police officer Tarik Johnson recently revealed disturbing information about former acting Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman.
Johnson explained his reasoning. He believes Pittman, who at the time of January 6, 2021, oversaw intelligence for the Capitol Police, must have held back evidence from then-Chief Steven Sund.
He asserts that this was only to be rewarded with a high-paying job in Nancy Pelosi’s district. “January 6 cannot happen without her permission,” Johnson argued.
Deputy Police Chief Eric Waldow claimed in a U.S. Capitol Police radio dispatch about 1:11 p.m. that his officers were using “indirect firing,” but the department’s surveillance video contradicts that claim.
Waldow also said he gave “repeated warnings” to the crowd to disperse or face chemical munitions. However, video shows he did not have a bullhorn. No warnings were heard on ground-level video or the USCP surveillance video.
He ordered Capitol Police grenadiers to open fire on the crowd at 1:06 p.m.
“I got a crowd fighting with officers, pushing, throwing projectiles,” he broadcast. “I have given warnings about chemical munitions. I need the less-than-lethal team positioned above me to identify the agitators and start deploying. Launch, launch, launch!“
Stan Kephart, an expert witness on police use of force who reviewed the Jan. 6 surveillance video, said firing crowd-control weapons from an elevated platform into a dense crowd and striking targets above the shoulders is both “criminally negligent” and “potentially a lethal act.”
“There is a wealth of clear and convincing evidence here that police were not trained or equipped to move, disperse, and arrest stragglers,” Kephart told Blaze News. “Instead they adopted a punishment tactic, inflaming the crowd and resulting in injury that they are responsible for.”

Now that we know United States Capitol Police (USCP) started the January 6, 2021 riot (Waldow and Kerkhoff), was Yogananda Pittman or Gallagher the USCP lead for USCP’s role in the fed seditious conspiracy to cover up a stolen election?
Why no Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) at Peace Monument by the walkway?
Why only 5 x USCP at the bike racks that were inexplicably 20+ yds back from the natural barrier wall at the sidewalk where USCP jurisdiction extended?
Why no USPP who had jurisdiction there?
Was it a USCP or MPD officer who directed the Proudboys to turn right past police blocking cars to march towards Peace Monument area?
Why did the same sargeant who at 12:53 pm, when some people bypassed the bike racks (on cue w/pipe bomb discovery), then order USCP to retreat and open the walkway rather than reestablishing the line of racks?
This and the USCP in placed pipe bombs were all timed to the 1 p.m. electoral vote count session. All protestors would have arrived by the grounds if Trump hadn’t been an hour late.
Why did the same sargeant from the bike rack breach retreat end up outside the speaker’s lobby and order the USCP group to walk away so Byrd could murder Ashli Babbitt?
Why no warning over ops radio and loudspeaker to evacuate the outdoor grounds given IEDs elsewhere?
Don’t blue lives matter even when protestors lives didn’t matter when lethal force was used against them continuously after 1:05 pm?
Why no use of the loudspeaker system before 5 pm to tell people to stay and get off the grounds?
Why call MPD onto the grounds when that legally required USCP board approval under 2USCSection1961 similar to NG?
Why did USCP Mendoza lie at trials to declare the entire outdoors was “restricted” under 18 USC 1752 for VP protection?
Why and how did USCP cede all criminal investigation by the night of J6 to the FBI?
Did you do that? Did you authorize federal presence including informants on the grounds and in the building?
Under what authority were they and all the preplanned photojournalists who never went to the rally there?
There are no coincidences in timing or choreography here. Were you a pawn?
All the real coup conspirators (not J6 defendants) knew there was an op coming and played their roles for their insurgent cells just as if planned by expert military or a war-gamed plan.

Why did W.H. say Officer Sicknick was killed during J-6 riot then had a huge funeral for him? I think that was part of their coverup to make it look like protestors killed a cop. But he did die next day, and I haven’t heard how he died. There should be an investigation into that. The Select Committee was also part of the coverup to make it look worse than it was as well as putting high fences around the Capitol Building like there was an ongoing threat.
