The House Oversight Committee has issued subpoenas for depositions. These are for ten of the most powerful and protected figures in the federal government.

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued deposition subpoenas to Bill and Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, William Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzales for “testimony related to horrific crimes perpetrated by Jeffrey Epstein.”

Chairman Comer also issued a subpoena to the U.S. Department of Justice for records related to Epstein. These subpoenas follow recent action by an Oversight Subcommittee, which approved motions to subpoena these records and compel witness testimony.

On July 23, 2025, Republicans and Democrats on the Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee approved a motion by voice vote.

• The motion was offered by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) to “direct the Chairman to subpoena these individuals.

• The Subcommittee also approved an amended motion offered by Rep. Summer Lee (D-Pa.) by a vote of 8-2 to direct the Chairman to subpoena the Department of Justice to release records related to the Epstein case.

• Rep. Andy Biggs’ (R-Ariz.) amendment to include the release of all communications between President Biden and/or Biden Administration officials and the Department of Justice related to Jeffrey Epstein was adopted by voice vote.

• Rep. Nancy Mace’s (R-S.C.) amendment to include redacting the names of victims and any personally identifiable information of victims, and any possible Child Sexual Abuse Material was adopted by voice vote. 

Characterized as major players of “The Swamp,” these leaders worked to crush President Donald Trump. They aimed to censor American citizens and protect their own interests. They are finally being dragged into the spotlight for legal interrogation.

In order of their scheduled appearances:

William Barr, Aug. 18

🔹Many conservatives once trusted Barr., but he sat on Hunter Biden’s laptop. He dismissed election concerns. He slow-walked every meaningful probe.

Barr’s father, Donald Barr, was headmaster at the Dalton School. He hired Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein was a college dropout with zero credentials. He was hired to teach teens.

Donald Barr also wrote a sci-fi novel called “Space Relations”—about an outer space aristocracy that keeps humans as sex slaves. That’s not a conspiracy. That’s the actual plot.

Alberto Gonzales, Aug. 26

🔹Former Attorney General during the Bush years, he oversaw Patriot Act-era surveillance. He built the foundation for today’s unchecked intelligence state.

Jeff Sessions, Aug. 28

🔹He recused himself causing the Deep State and their media propagandists to pounce. His cowardice gave America the Mueller probe. The Trump presidency was hobbled from day one—because Sessions gave up the fight before it started. He owes America an explanation.

Robert Mueller, Sept. 2

🔹 He spent two years chasing a lie. There was no collusion or obstruction in Trump’s or the Republican’s part. It was another Democratic taxpayer-funded hit job designed to paralyze a presidency. Who launched it? Why? Who profited? It’s Mueller’s turn to answer the questions.

Loretta Lynch, Sept. 9

🔹 She claimed her infamous meeting with Bill Clinton on the airport tarmac was about “grandkids.” Now, she’ll be testifying about what actually occurred while Hillary Clinton was under investigation—and how justice got buried.

Eric Holder, Sept. 30

🔹 Obama’s “wingman, as Attorney General,” ran the deadly Fast & Furious fiasco. He was held in contempt of Congress. He weaponized the Department of Justice before it was cool. He’s been protected for over a decade.

Merrick Garland, Oct. 2

🔹 He turned the DOJ into a political weapon—targeting concerned parents while protecting the Biden family. Garland stonewalled every investigation into the real corruption. Now he will not be capable of hiding behind his podium.

James Comey, Oct. 7

🔹 He is notoriously known as the crooked FBI Director who cleared Hillary Clinton before even interviewing her. He loyally signed FISA warrants based on fake opposition research. He lied to Congress and leaked classified memos.

Hillary Clinton, Oct. 9

🔹 She deleted 33,000 emails. She lied about Benghazi. She used BleachBit on a private server to wipe evidence. She walked thanks to the Deep State DOJ and media.

Bill Clinton, Oct. 14

🔹 Reminiscent of his infamous “I did not have sex with that woman” during the Monica Lewinsky scandal during his presidency, his secret tarmac meeting with Loretta Lynch was a hot topic for another decade.

More recently, he is now infamous for his 26 documented flights on Jeffrey Epstein’s plane.

These hearings are seen as moments of reckoning by millions. It is not just politics as usual. This is the unraveling of a two-tiered system of justice. One rule for the elites. A different rule for the rest of us.
