FBI Director Kash Patel has launched a massive and historical criminal investigation into several high-profile former U.S. government officials. These include President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, James Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper.
More individuals are also being investigated for weaponizing the government against President Donald J. Trump. This development follows Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard presenting remarkable evidence to the Department of Justice.
Patel initiated this “grand criminal conspiracy” investigation into the decade-long alleged scheme.
The investigation focuses on the 2016 Russia collusion hoax through the 2022 Mar-a-Lago raid. These events are framed as part of an ongoing conspiracy to interfere in U.S. elections.
By classifying it as a conspiracy, investigators can bypass the five-year statute of limitations on individual crimes. Each time a new crime is committed in the conspiracy, it resets the clock.
The conspiracy framework allows charges for crimes dating back to 2016. These include the FBI’s handling of the Steele dossier and the nullification project.
According to reports, the investigation implicates high-profile figures.
Insiders tell me that by including the Mar-a-Lago raid this enables the possibility for the case (done under the direction of Special Counsel Jack Smith) to be held in Florida.

Moving it to Florida could result in a more favorable jury pool and increase conviction chances compared to Washington, D.C. or Virginia.
The documents name Obama, top officials on his National Security Council, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan, national security advisor Susan Rice, Secretary of State John Kerry, Attorney General Loretta Lynch and Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, among others.
Gabbard sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department on Monday related to those findings. Department of Justice officials have been careful not to share further details on whom the criminal referral was for.
These figures include Obama and Clinton. They also include former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Additionally, former FBI Director James Comey is implicated.
The investigation stems from the newly discovered classified documents with much more to come. These first documents include a 2016 inspector general report on Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.
They also include John Durham’s “Clinton plan intelligence,” which allegedly shows they ignored evidence of wrongdoing. Meanwhile, they pursued baseless claims against Trump.
These were reportedly hidden by the Comey-era FBI, but Patel’s team uncovered them, potentially leading to a special prosecutor.

Besides this great news, that handcuffs are on the way (I called Congress; it is something I can do), the word “Conspiracy” using this strategy, will forever lift the long- attached stigma to that word and make it respectable and valid again. It was a real thing, the whole long, decades nightmare of living in a coup to kill off the United States of America.
