Have you ever had a child ask you a question whose answer they could not comprehend, yet you attempted to answer it anyway? At some point in that conversation, you might look into that little face and say, โJust trust me on this!โ

Living by faith is uncomfortable when the answer to many of your questions involves a โjust trust me on thisโ component.
God asks His followers to rest in His plan, relinquishing control over seemingly critical parts of their lives, including the big things like jobs and health. Consigning yourself to Him never means moving forward without a solid foundation of hope.
In his letter to the Ephesians, Paul offers a blessing to people living in uncertain times. You can include yourself and todayโs world leaders in it.

Read this aloud, โThat God may grant you to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith โ that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge that you may be filled with all the fullness of Godโ (Ephesians 3:16-19).
Your greatest concerns may be far from resolved today, but the evidence of Godโs love will sustain you โ Jesus Christ is a firm foundation in both good and troubled times.

Pray for public servants across America to join us in looking beyond their own understanding and placing their trust and hope in Him.

Our trust in Him is our springboard for action. When He leads us, we don’t need to ask where, because we know Whom, we know Him, and that’s enough. Good Scripture from Ephesians 3.
I’m not saying I don’t ask questions, but I’m learning not to flip out and just go with Him anywhere; He’s worth it.

Flipping out doesn’t seem to get the job done, does it?

No, I’ve given up on meltdowns. They are a useless waste of energy,
