Jan 6 Prisoner Ryan Samsel Will Finally Get His Sentence in February 2025

This is J6 prisoner Ryan Samsel in the closet room he was held in for 5 months.

He has been held in prison IN ISOLATION since January 2021.

Samsel, now 41, of Bristol, Pennsylvania, was accused of taking part in a key moment of the January 6, 2021 breach as he lifted a bike-rack barricade with other rioters to push against outnumbered officers on the Capitol’s first line of defense.

Samsel and four co-defendants “participated in the first breach of the restricted Capitol grounds on Jan. 6, 2021, and led the initial attack on United States Capitol Police officers,” a prosecutor’s filing alleged prior to the trial’s start on Oct. 23.

“Their attack paved the way for thousands of rioters to storm the Capitol grounds,” the filing claimed.

Since his Jan. 30, 2021 arrest, he has been moved around to 17 different facilities.

Samsel’s lengthy detention represented “punishment without trial in violation of his rights under the Fifth Amendment,” the lawyer, Stanley E. Woodward Jr., asserted in an Aug. 27, 2023 filing.

Woodward argued Samsel’s detention far from the nation’s capital had prevented him from helping to prepare a defense, violating his constitutional guarantee to due process and effective representation of counsel.

During that filing, it was claimed that Samsel had been moved through at least eight detention facilities, due in part to “various altercations … with correctional officers and/or medical care necessary for the injuries he suffered at the hands of those officers during these altercations.”

Within this cramped space, Samsel is kept under constant surveillance, illuminated at all times. The chamber is minimally furnished, housing only a thin blue mattress and lacking sheets, covers, or proper attire. These conditions are reported to have persisted for a duration of five months at the Central Regional Virginia Jail.

Adding to the distress, reports suggest that Samsel has been forced to use a bucket as an improvised restroom, further highlighting the fact that these people are being treated worse than animals.

He has been beaten, abused, tortured, and neglected.

And he has been denied due process or trial for almost 4 YEARS.

He will FINALLY be sentenced on February 4, 2025.

  2. Let us pray that the folks in prison for a riot our government started, will be pardoned by President Trump. Biden, his spawn, his wife and likely his whole family will be pardoned, as well as Pelosi, Chaney and the other traitors. Trump has to get those people out of prison and go after the ones that deserve to be there.

  3. Commute or pardon them. Set them free. They have suffered enough. The conditions they endured would make a 3rd world nation blush. Where are the Antifa, BLM, Pro Hamas or pro abortion protesters? Walking free. They burnt down cities, attacked people like Rand Paul leaving the RNC Convention in 2020 and damaged crisis pregnancy centers. Before 2000, the democrats would brag and laugh about democrats committing voter fraud. Sometime after that, they changed strategy and now deny that it ever happened. I remember a show on CSPAN in 2000 where they described voter fraud in Massachusetts. The audience thought it was hilarious. I had seen and heard that all my life. I was so angry that I took a vow to never vote for a Democrat. I have never broken that vow that I can remember. So when Biden said that he created the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud in history, it was believed because of the reputation of the Democratic Party.

      • I think that God allowed the voter fraud in 1960 so that Nixon would be President during the Yom Kippur War and could supply the Israelis with the arms that they needed. However, I believe that it came with a curse. Kennedy was killed and Johnson went crazy according to a show I saw on the Secret Service. I believe that it still carries a curse. Look at Biden and Harris.

  5. I do believe that the tables are about to be flipped, turned, heads rolled, and order restored. I see dogs in rescue kennels on Youtube being treated better than this. For lifting a bike rack as a barricade??? It truly sounds like a political prisoner’s story in Siberia, not America.
