Is weather manipulation being used as the “October Surprise” by the JoeBama-Harris Deep State to maneuver the 2024 presidential election?

On FEMA’s website, they list two companies, WSP USA Services and Vanguard Inspection Services, as providers for disaster inspections, cleanup, and recovery activities.

● WSP is an environmental consulting firm based out of Canada, with BlackRock and Vanguard Group being major investors.

● It is critical to note that BlackRock is a major investor in Albemarle, a major lithium producer that is set to reopen the rich mining available at Kings Mountain where Hurricane Helene has destroyed the homes, businesses and landscape. After all, the Department of Defense has awarded them $150 million to do so.

● Kamala Harris’ husband, Doug Emhoff, is a major stockholder of Albemarle. Much of the couple’s wealth comes from these investments.

● Just in time for hurricane season, in August 2024, BlackRock acquired an additional 2,220,059 shares in Albemarle. Their total ownership is now 12,183,684 shares.

State representatives and senators in the Carolinas were briefed Monday on weather modification technology used in their states for Hurricane Helene.

Geoengineering expert Dane Wigington, who answered the state leader’s questions, said they “realized this was not a natural event. They’re trying to digest the fact that their states were literally under assault from weather modification operations that are clearly connected to the DoD operations.”

Wigington went on to explain how the technology to stop hurricanes from occurring “has existed for decades with the manipulation of atmospheric pressure zones.”

“HAARP in Alaska is one example many people are familiar with,” he said. “That’s an ionosphere heater. That’s a weapon of mass destruction, period. It can cause an electrical chain reaction in the ionosphere, which heats it to extraordinarily high temperatures, which causes the atmosphere to bulge up and down. The downward push creates a high-pressure dome that can steer the jet stream, and the same type of manipulation can create low-pressure zones.”

“When they have this type of power over the climate system, they can make or break these storms anytime they want. And again, what we see now is storms kept weaker as they’re over the ocean because they’re harder to steer until they reach the land-based network of transmitters, and then we have rapid intensification.”

“The bottom line is it was directed there as the transmission recordings clearly show,” he explained. “They kept the moisture corraled there to deluge in the same location. So again, these are patented technologies, and the fact that we have the entire so-called meteorological community denying that this is going on to protect their paychecks and pensions is absolutely criminal at this point.” 

“We know we have private defense contractors that are neck-deep in the patents that manipulate these storms — Raytheon, Lockheed Martin — we know those two in particular do the weather modeling for the nation’s weather, National Weather Service and NOAA,” Wigington continued, adding those organizations have an “illegal gag order on them.”

“So at this point, this is an emperor-has-no-clothes moment. That’s the best description I can give for something so obvious and inarguable, it can only be considered weather warfare at this point, and the fact that the so-called science community is denying it at this manipulation is criminal. It’s absolutely criminal,” he added.

So in 2024, Biden-Harris’s FEMA has had close to a billion dollars used for sheltering illegal immigrants.  How can they be suddenly out of cash for hurricane emergency efforts?

Of course, some residents are getting  the $750 handout so widely touted in Democrat Harris’ and mainstream media talking points, but basically that is a cover story for reality.

Since the Biden-Harris takeover of the White House, a Democrat-run Congress created the Shelter and Services Program (SSP) to push a  program formerly run by Department of Homeland Security, which was directed to transfer $800 million of its appropriations in 2023 to the emergency management department.

Though FEMA is a subagency of DHS, it represented a transfer of the core responsibility for illegal and legal immigrant support to the agency dedicated to disaster relief.

With Mike Johnson over Congress in 2024, this new program became well established as Republicans and Democrats alike voted to fund it to the tune of $650 million with the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act.

It is notable that even though Democrats remained loyally protected by media, even some Republicans including Speaker Mike Johnson-Louisiana, Dan Crenshaw-Texas,  Greg Pence (Mike Pence’s brother)-Indiana, Steve Scalise-Louisiana, Elise Stefanik-New York, and Juan Ciscomani-Arizona as they voted and supported the Act.
