Under the Biden-Harris administration’s Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, thousands of Americans have been killed and/or raped under their dangerous immigration policies.

There is little wonder that Joe Biden’s “border czar,” Kamala Harris, the Democrat presidential candidate that citizens did not cast even one vote for, is reluctant to talk about her “root cause” analysis of the border invasion during their term in office.

Take the case of Jocelyn Nungaray who was only 12 years old when her body was found in a creek in north Houston in June.

Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, were charged with capital murder in Jocelyn’s death. She was strangled and thrown off of a bridge.

According to court documents, the two illegal aliens asked her for directions after encountering her on Kuykendahl Road.

A bystander found her body floating in a creek shortly before 7 a.m. on June 17.

Police indicated they  interviewed witnesses who told them they saw the men at the Ojos Locos bar hours before Jocelyn’s murder.

According to one witness, Pena confessed he and Martinez did something bad after partying and were looking for money to leave town.

Both men worked construction and allegedly asked their boss for the funds after explaining what occured.

After she was killed, Martinez tied her up and told Pena to throw her body in the water to remove any DNA. Martinez also reportedly admitted to changing his beard to avoid attention and had a bite mark and scratches on his arm.

After days of investigation, authorities arrested the two men at 13355 Northborough Drive, the Canfield Lakes Apartments.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): 

● U.S. Border Patrol apprehended Martinez near El Paso on March 14, but he was released that same day on an order of recognizance with a notice to appear.

● U.S. Border Patrol arrested Pena on May 28, also near El Paso. On the same day he was apprehended, a judge also ordered Pena to appear in court later.

With search warrants, investigators revealed Rangel and Ramos displayed signs and monikers on their social media that are linked to the Tren De Aragua gang.

In late August, Jocelyn’s mother, Alexis Nungaray, appeared alongside our 45th President, Donald Trump, during a visit to the U.S.-Mexico Border. While at the border, Trump correctly blamed the murder of Nungaray on Kamala Harris.

“Jocelyn was a 12-year-old girl whose life was stolen by two criminal illegals that Harris freed into our country for no reason whatsoever,” Trump said.

In her grief, Nungaray questioned why the two suspected killers were not kept in detention by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, rather they were allowed to walk free, where they made their way to Houston.

“They had no reason to do anything that they did to Jocelyn. There were over 300 detention beds available that they should’ve been at because they were detained,” Nungaray said. “They were released when they shouldn’t have been released. One had an ankle monitor, didn’t stop anything. So now I have to go through the rest of my life.”

Other politicians like Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Senator Ted Cruz have also referenced the murder when discussing immigration at the border.
