Americans wise enough not to tune in or follow mainstream media propaganda, are well aware that Maricopa County election officials took three weeks to count ballots in their last election when even Third World countries with thousands of times more ballots to count can get it done in a day.

It is little wonder that Arizona is perceived to be the most corrupt state with respect to illegal corruption, according to a Harvard study.

In that study, illegal corruption involved “the private gains in the form of cash or gifts by a government official, in exchange for providing specific benefits to private individuals or groups. It is the form of corruption that attracts a great deal of public attention.”

Now, corrupt Arizona Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, in attempt to cover his tracks, just revealed that a coding “error” allowed voters to obtain ballots without providing proof of U.S. citizenship, involved 218,000 voters and NOT the initially announced 98,000.

“As with the initial group, certain individuals were mistakenly marked as having provided documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC) pursuant to Arizona’s Proposition 200 requiring DPOC to vote in state and local elections.”

“This data set includes approximately 79,000 Republicans, 61,000 Democrats, and 76,000 Other Party (OTH), bringing the total of impacted individuals to approximately 218,000.” – SOS Office’s Press Release.

The bottom line is that the corrupt political machine running Arizona’s elections have to be held accountable.

They sugarcoated the number to 98,000 and are now releasing the real one because after 2020 and 2022, more intelligence and assets are monitoring Arizona elections and politics.

On Friday, Fontes was blocked from using a new provision of his election procedures manual that would have allowed him to push through and certify election results in the state if a county refuses to sign off on its own results.

In the decision, U.S. District Judge Michael Liburdi said that under the rule all votes in a given county could be excluded if its officials fail to certify the results. The provision, the judge said, would give Fontes “nearly carte blanche authority to disenfranchise the ballots of potentially millions of Arizona voters.”

In August, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled that Fontes had overstepped when crafting the Elections Procedure Manual.

In the court case, Arizona Free Enterprise Club v. Adrian Fontes, it was proven by the Arizona Free Enterprise Club, Yuma resident Philip Townsend and the America First Policy Institute, that Fontes violated First Amendment rights when setting limitations on what actions and behavior are allowed outside and inside a polling place.

“The Court is troubled by section III, ‘preserving order and security at the voting location,’” reads the court order. “From pages 180 to 183, the EPM contains what this Court finds to be speech restrictions in violation of our Arizona Constitution, misstates or modifies our statutes, and fails to identify any distinction between guidance and legal mandates.”

The court ruled it was unlawful. It also opened the door to permit citizens to monitor some voting drop boxes without fear of being arrested as was the threat by leftist Arizona politicians.

“It is our intention to place monitors near a selection of drop boxes in select counties across Arizona,” reads the letter from CPAC chairman Matt Schlapp to the court in August. “We also are considering using open-source information to identify those who are not eligible to vote.”

“We have identified unmonitored boxes as one area that undermined people’s faith in fair elections,” reads an Aug. 22 statement from Schlapp on X. “Hence, we have been planning on a program like this for an extended period of time for states that have failed to establish robust protocols for monitoring drop boxes.”

The blame is not on the honest voters, especially in Maricopa County (Phoenix) for this “error.” It is solely due to the malicious incompetence of the state and the election fraudsters in power.

The Arizona Secretary of State is trying to sell this as a field error on a record, when in reality this is a record error in the database.

It is not that the 200K illegals were assigned the wrong code. It is because the crooked election overseers saw to it that 200K illegals were entered as records on a registered voter roll as all.

While a “coding error” is common for database administration which can lead to all kinds of problems, the issue here is not the contents of the FIELDS. The issue is the contents of the RECORDS. It’s a voter roll. You should only be in the database if you are eligible to vote.

Illegal immigrants should not have a coding error – because they shouldn’t exist as a record on a database of registered voters at all.

Fontes’ office website on Monday stated:

“In spite of the evolving situation, the Supreme Court’s underlying September 20th decision about this issue stands. As with the initial group of Arizonans, certain individuals were mistakenly marked as having provided documentary proof of citizenship (DPOC) pursuant to Arizona’s Proposition 200 requiring DPOC to vote in state and local elections.”

“All agencies continue to work together in real time to resolve this matter. The Arizona voter registration database now has correctly flagged the impacted individuals as needing proof of citizenship.”

To be determined is IF Fontes’ staff and election overseers will only provide lip service or be honest with the due diligence required by their legal responsibilities in November.
