Innocent Americans are being targeted by the Biden-Harris Department of Justice and FBI. They have been thrown in jail and put on trial without due process.
● They have been brutally abused and beaten.
● They are blocked from seeing their wives and children.
● They have been kept from seeing their lawyers and clergy.
● At least one January 6 protestor has died.
● 34 peaceful protesters have BEGGED to get transferred to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba just to end the torture they suffer in the Washington, D.C. jail.
● And another protester, a patriot grandma with cancer, served 60 days in federal prison for a crime she didn’t commit.
●Mainstream media has run cover for the Deep State handlers during all of this.
However, and finally the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals recently handed a critical victory to January 6 peaceful protesters and their families.
The Court ruled that a “geofence” warrant used by police to collect people’s cell phone location and more without probable cause is ILLEGAL.
The Biden-Harris FBI used “geofence” warrants to spy on, harass, and arrest innocent Americans who peacefully protested at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
“This new ruling provides crucial legal support for all January 6 peaceful protesters, including Jesus Rivera,” said Rivera’s attorney Larry Klayman.
For 9 years Rivera had been a conservative journalist of Hispanic descent.
“I’m a cinematographer and I was actually just there documenting what was happening in DC that day. This included going into the Capitol, which is why I am being treated as some type of ‘domestic terrorist,’” Rivera explained at the time.
“I did less documenting than Luke Mogelson from the New Yorker — he followed in the guy with the horns, he went into the senate chambers, he posted documents from inside the senate chamber. He has got nothing but praised for what he did. I did the same thing he did, but I went in after most of it had already gone down.”
Rivera’s footage included people going through an open door on the side of the U.S. Capitol, unobstructed, police officers inside directing traffic as people strolled through the building, and other scenes from inside.
Rivera maintained he was not protesting but simply documenting, the same as Mogelson, the only difference being his reputation as a conservative military veteran.
“Jesus is a US Marine combat veteran and patriot,” Klayman explained. “On January 6, 2021, Jesus peacefully recorded the events at the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. He shot video on his smart phone and a digital camera for a local news station back home in Florida.”
“He didn’t protest or attack police,” Klayman, also the founder and general counsel for Freedom Watch, continued. “He only shot video to provide for his wife and kids, and entered the Capitol peacefully like many other patriots that day.”
“But around 7:30 AM on January 20, 2021, up to 20 heavily armed FBI agents raided his home with guns drawn. They had no probable cause, and their search warrant was obtained through lies, even outright fraud,” he exposed. “Jesus was forcefully handcuffed, then moved to the FBI building.”
“His wife asked for the warrant several times, but didn’t receive it until after the FBI agents finished searching their home.”
“Jesus survived rocket attacks and exploding roadside bombs trying to bring freedom to Iraq and Afghanistan. But his freedom gets trampled on right here at home by out-of-control FBI agents!“
“Can you imagine being treated like that?”
“Then leftist District Judge Colleen Collar-Kottelly sentenced Jesus to 8 MONTHS in federal prison!”
“Let me tell you, she’s the absolute worst judge I’ve appeared before in 45 years,” Klayman observed. “Well, Jesus is out of prison now. And I’ve filed a class action lawsuit for him and every January 6 Peaceful Protester who are getting brutally abused by the justice system…”
“This crucial lawsuit can PROVE that FBI Director Christopher Wray, Attorney General Merrick Garland, the FBI and other agencies carried out ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE on January 6 patriots. That means their convictions can be THROWN OUT. Their trials can be STOPPED.“
Klayman knows a thing or two about this as he is former federal prosecutor and trial lawyer who’s fought for the American people for 47 years.
He‘s the only lawyer in American history to have a court rule that a sitting President had committed a crime.
“I guarantee Bill Clinton still remembers me,” Klayman said. “And I successfully represented the victims of other Clinton scandals, like Filegate, Travelgate, IRS Gate, Chinagate, and many others.”
He believes that his “critical new lawsuit is a game changer. Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, their departments and agencies at the U.S. Department of Justice BROKE THE LAW and ILLEGALLY SPIED ON LAW-ABIDING AMERICAN CITIZENS … and I can PROVE it in court!”
“As you know, many January 6 patriots have been brutally abused and tortured waiting for trial. Many others suffer in prison right now, far from their families and friends. It’s time to set them free, and send them home!
