My Notes 5 Years Ago on Jeffrey Epstein’s Cell Room Death

For some reason, we are fielding more questions and requests to write about Jeffrey Epstein’s August 10, 2019 death over five years ago.

I attempted unsuccessfully to reach some potential sources in New York. Very Hush-Hush. Here are some of my personal notes regarding J. Epstein’s death, as written on August 12, 2019.

● FBI agents raided Epstein’s Caribbean island today. Encouraging.
Should go after and investigate finances, backgrounds, info on Ghislaine Maxwell “the Madame,”
Sarah Kellen Vickers, Adriana Ross, Nadia Marcinkova, Jean-Luc Brunel,
and Lesley Groff.

● Deep State and/or Swamp? Who all (individuals and enablers) benefited from his death? Released & unreleased files? Who will turn state’s evidence?

● How many prisoners has the Manhattan MetropolitanCorrectional Center (MCC) lost before this death?

● Epstein’s lawyer, Martin Weinberg, said people detained at the facility endured “medieval conditions of confinement that no American defendant should have been subjected to.”

Corruption happens in prisons, jails, correction institutions. At MCC:

● A prison guard, Victor Casado, pleaded guilty last year (2018) to taking $25,000 in cash bribes to smuggle cellphones, alcohol and food to a wealthy Turkish gold trader.

● Reza Zarrab, who was the trader involved, was in prison over a money laundering scheme to Iran and says someone also tried to assassinate him.

● Former CIA employee, Joshua Adam Schulte, is also accused of leaking classified files from a cell phone while he was locked up in the federal prison.

● What was Epstein’s status with regards to suicide watch?

● After Epstein’s initial attempt at suicide, some said that he had been trying to get away from his prior cellmate – former NYPD officer Nicholas Tartaglione who is accused of killing four men over a drug deal gone wrong.

But Tartaglione said that he saved Epstein’s life in that incident after finding him unconscious in their cell and calling for help.

● Two days before he was found dead, he bought $73.85 worth of things from the prison commissary, including an AM/FM radio and headphones. He had $566 left in his account when he died.

● If he had been on suicide watch as was reported, was he taken off of it? How does the process work? How long does it take?

● Was he held in high-profile risk area of 10 South, where the lights and CCTV cameras are on 24/7?

● Which prison psych took him off suicide watch?

● Which prison official put him in a cell without cameras?

● Why was his cellmate transferred out the morning of his death?

● Prescribed vs autopsy drugs found?

● If he killed himself (hanging) he had to have help?

● Check all socials, bank statements, etc., of MCC staff top to bottom.

● Guards Tova Noel and Michael Thomas, were charged: lying on prison records to make it seem as though they had made their required checks before Epstein was found dead. Later they admitted to falsifying the log entries but avoided prison time under a deal with federal prosecutors.

● Check staff and guard performance docs (past and future & families, close associates). Look for performance evaluations that went or will go from mediocre to superstar and who got an unexpected promotion and substantial raise.

● MCC Warden Shirley Skipper-Scott, worked as a “social scientist” in the federal system for several years at the GS-12 level (source: https://www.federalpay.org/employees/bureau-of-prisons-federal-prison-system/skipper-scott-shirley-v ).

Then, she sued AG Eric Holder for employment discrimination in 2013 (Mississippi SD, # 3:13-cv-00017 ), resolved the case in 2016. Soon after her career blossomed into federal prison administration at the GS-14 level– the top 10% of federal payscale. This with just 3 years of administrative experience. Who made those decisions?

● U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman issued a statement Saturday that the indictment against Epstein includes a conspiracy charge. This denotes others could face charges in the case.

Followup notes later:

Epstein’s brother hired famous private pathologist Dr. Michael Baden to conduct his own investigation.

Baden observed the autopsy done by city officials, and said the broken bones and other injuries “are extremely unusual in suicidal hangings and could occur much more commonly in homicidal strangulation. I think that the evidence points to homicide rather than suicide.”

Epstein had three fractures in the hyoid bone, which is located near the Adam’s apple, and tears to the thyroid cartilage.

“I’ve not seen in 50 years where that occurred in a suicidal hanging case,” he said.

  1. Since Kamala maintained in her CNN interview (or at least the part left after the edit) that “my values have not changed” and since she supports voting rights for felons, could we arrange a visit by Kamala to Epstein’s cell?

Please turn off all video cameras prior to her entry (if you do arrange such a visit).

  2. Have any investigations or prosecutions been done about The Island and who all has visited there? Have you read James Patterson’s non-fiction book Filthy Rich? The whole business makes me shake my head with disgust.

    • My wife has read it. One of the pitfalls of interviewing, investigating, verifying, writing, posting, etc. is finding the time to read. Right now, I am finishing up Patrick Byrne’s DANGER CLOSE & will then begin Nick Bryant’s The Franklin Scandal, followed up by IN GOD’S NAME (murder of Pope John I) by David Yallop.

Dodie, a very active reader, may have read it. She summarizes key points for me often.
