Tractor Supply went woke but now they have changed their mind.
The company has reversed course on its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs after it received widespread backlash.
Earlier this month, their customers learned that the business was jumping on the social engineering cause of providing LGBT training for employees, funds pride and drag events, and sex changes.
Sales dropped immediately as boycott campaigns were launched against them. Some of their workers expressed embarassment and began looking for other employment.
Suddenly, Tractor Supply reversed course and issued a statement indicating they are ending their DEI programs.
“We work hard to live up to our Mission and Values every day and represent the values of the communities and customers we serve. We have heard from customers that we have disappointed them. We have taken this feedback to heart,” the statement reads.
The company said that it will:
- “No longer submit data to the Human Rights Campaign
- Refocus our Team Member Engagement Groups on mentoring, networking and supporting the business
- Further focus on rural America priorities including ag education, animal welfare, veteran causes and being a good neighbor and stop sponsoring nonbusiness activities like pride festivals and voting campaigns
- Eliminate DEI roles and retire our current DEI goals while still ensuring a respectful environment
- Withdraw our carbon emission goals and focus on our land and water conservation efforts”
“We will continue to listen to our customers and Team Members,” the company wrote. “Your trust and confidence in us are of the utmost importance, and we don’t take that lightly.”

It makes you wonder how the CEO’s of these big companies can be so stupid. After seeing what happened to Bud Light and others Tractor Supply dove in head first. I would say most Tractor Supply stores are in rural areas. That would mean their customers are mostly conservative. It makes me wonder what all is offered to these CEO’s by our government to implement such foolish objectives. I mean they were even running their own employees off. It does my heart good to see people fighting back against this disease put upon us by the DemocRats. Real Americans are coming forward and we are going to take this nation back! Go Woke and Go Broke!!
