7 Big Reasons Trump’s NY Trial Was Rigged & Fraudulent

It is little wonder Americans, suffering under the O’Biden Adminstration’s destruction of the country,  responded by donating over $54.3 million to the Trump campaign in just the 24 hour period after the New York court verdict was announced.

When Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) called for a federal investigation into Justice Juan Merchan, arguing he deprived former President Donald Trump of First Amendment rights in the Manhattan business records trial, it was based on remarkable evidence.

“It is not necessary that the offense be motivated by racial bias or by any other animus,” his letter added. Here are seven significant reasons the trial was rigged by the dishonest judge;

Venue and Jury Bias

● Defendant Donald Trump was forbidden to change the obviously corrupt venue for a less biased jury.

● Tainted Judge Juan Merchan did not allow Defendant to remove obviously hostile jurors.

Judicial Conflict of Interest

● Judge donated political contribution funds to the opposition candidate.

●  Judge did not recuse himself despite his daughter being a political activist for the opposing party and receiving $120 million in funds from the opposition.

Judicial Conduct and Jury Instructions

●  Judge read 50 pages of jury instructions and wouldn’t provide it in hardcopy to jurors when requested.

● Jury was not given necessary written instructions.

● Judge told jury they didn’t need to agree on specific charges but could separately agree on potential crimes to reach a total guilty verdict despite not completely agreeing on one crime.

Hostility and Gag Orders

● Judge remained perpetually hostile to Defendant.

● Judge sided with prosecutor in all instances when objections raised by Defendant attorneys.

● Judge imposed a gag order on the Defendant, restricting discussion of the trial, while others were free to discuss it.

Evidence and Witness Issues

● No underlying crime was EVER SPECIFIED for the Defendant to defend against.

● Jury was barred from seeing evidence proving Defendant’s innocence.

● Witness against the Defendant admitted to committing crimes against the Defendant keeping Defendant ignorant of the use of funds.

Nature of Charges and Statute of Limitations

● Case based on alleged blackmail and Defendant’s actions to potentially hide it.

● Statute of Limitations had expired (two years for the misdemeanor in question).

Financial Transactions

● Payments in question were made by Trump’s comptroller from personal funds, not campaign funds.

Vance’s Letter to Garland

Sen. Vance sent a letter to Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland, calling for a probe into Merchan due to potential violations of sections 241 and 242 of Title 18.

“These statutes would seem to have quite a lot to say about the conduct of Juan Merchan, the New York trial judge and Democratic political donor who has set up a kangaroo court for Donald Trump in Manhattan,” he wrote.

The Department of Justice notes that Section 242 “makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.”

“On Merchan’s orders, a Republican presidential candidate has been made powerless to question the credibility of the witnesses testifying against him, the motivations of the prosecutors pursuing him, or the impartiality of the apparently conflicted judge fining him,” Vance emphasized.

Vance added this “would be disfavored in best of circumstances” and cited late Supreme Court Justice William Brennan Jr. and other liberal justices’ previous denunciations of gag orders.

  1. Trump might have gotten a more fair trial in Medieval England, but even that’s doubtful. That list-even one of those infractions should have invalidated Merchan being the judge.

His eyes are horrible. Wonder what they’ll look like when he gets nailed, which he will never expect?

  2. You can see it in their eyes. They all have the same demonic crazed look in their eyes. If anyone thinks I am wrong, go back and look at the closeup pictures of these people, you’ll see it. As long as the Dems control the senate, the DOJ and the media, nothing will happen to these vermonious life forms.

    • Dang. I’m kind of creeped out after an examination of the eyes. From the backseat of my parents car, at the Trail Drive In Theater, I couldn’t have been more than 5, when I saw a movie, Village of the Damn. It gave my young mind a Twilight Zone type vibe. Black & White, it was about a village whose females all gave birth on the same day. As the children grew, their eyes were eerily white & glowed.

      • I remember that movie, it scared me as much as the Creature From The Black Lagoon. I was afraid to take a bath or go near a body of water for years. My mother, could give me the big eye via the car mirror if I was acting a fool, which was most of the time. I can still remember the days of traveling in our car, windows rolled up, and each parent smoking two ciggies at a time. The good old 1950s. Right? All the Dems have those crazy looking eyes and that makes me think in really is a mental disorder, but then I’m not a doctor like Jill.
