Some years ago, at a convention in Orlando, Florida, when I returned to my hotel room after dining in a restaurant, I received a Google message asking me to rate the restaurant. I was stunned about how Google was tracking me and how accurate they were.

In recent Atlanta, Georgia court proceedings, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis argues that the Atlanta Police Department’s cell phone tracking software is unable to “prove anything relevant” and provides “little evidentiary value.”
Under Willis’ jurisdiction, the Atlanta Police Department has successfully used Hawk Analytics’ “CellHawk” software since 2017.
This exact software documented Nathan Wade’s alleged visits to Fani Willis’ home 35 times before the acknowledged beginning of their sexual affair.

When Donald Trump’s attorney Steve Sadow was questioning Wade during the hearing, he asked him specifically about visiting the Hapewell address and Wade walked right into it.
SADOW: So if phone records were to reflect that you were making phone calls from the same location as [Willis’] condo before November 1, 2021 and it was on multiple occasions, the phone records would be wrong?
WADE: If the phone records reflected that, yessir.
In court, with the public watching the proceedings, Willis insisted that CellHawk does not confirm “Special Prosecutor Wade’s presence at any particular location or address.”

According to Willis, CellHawk merely indicates that “Special Prosecutor Wade’s telephone was located somewhere within a densely populated multiple-mile radius where various residences, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and other businesses are located.”
Since the adoption of CellHawk by the Atlanta Police Department in 2017, surely the Fulton County District Attorney’s office has been aware and even utilized this software to prosecute cases.
CellHawk is a powerful tool used by law enforcement to analyze and visualize cellphone data, which can be crucial in solving crimes. However, the exact number of cases in which CellHawk was used as evidence is not publicly available.

In recent years, there have been several high-profile cases where CellHawk played a significant role in securing convictions. For example, in a 2018 murder case, CellHawk was used to track the suspect’s movements and place them at the scene of the crime.
It is important to note that the use of CellHawk and other similar technologies has raised concerns about privacy and the potential for misuse. As a result, there have been ongoing discussions about the need for proper oversight and regulation to ensure that these tools are used responsibly and in accordance with the law.
This is especially true regarding two extremely famous instances:
● The FBI and law enforcement use to track down patriots who attended the January 6, 2021 march on Washington DC and the US Capitol.
● Researchers who discovered and documented the illegal ballot stuffing to prove election cheating in multiple suspect cities during the 2020 presidential election. This was revealed to the masses in Dinesh D’Souza’s movie, 2000 Mules.

On one occasion, on Sept. 11, 2021, Wade’s phone left the Doraville area and arrived in the vicinity of Willis’ Hapeville address at 10:45 p.m. The phone remained there until 3:28 a.m. and could later be seen arriving in East Cobb at 4:05 a.m., shortly before Wade sent a text to Willis, a court affidavit indicated.
Similarly, Wade’s phone left the East Cobb area the night of Nov. 29, 2021, after receiving an 11:32 p.m. call from Willis, the affidavit said. It arrived in Hapeville at 12:43 a.m. and remained there until 4:55 a.m., the affidavit added.
Wade and Willis met at a judicial conference in October, 2019. In November, 2021, Willis hired Wade to ramrod her RICO case (Racketeer-Influence and Corrupt Organizations) against President Trump (because he complained too bitterly about the obvious theft of his election victory in Georgia). Exactly one day after Willis hired him, Wade filed for divorce from his wife of more than 20 years, Joycelyn.

Willis and Wade denied that they were already involved sexually when she hired him, but Robin Bryant Yeartie, a friend and colleague of Willis’, testified that Willis told her that she and Wade were romantically involved before Willis hired him to oversee the case. Yeartie said she saw the couple hug, kiss and be affectionate just weeks after they met in 2019.
Wade had no experience with RICO cases, was not a specialist in criminal law, and had never prosecuted a felony criminal case.
As the divorce case between Nathan Wade and his wife, Joycelyn Wade, neared a climax, it emerged that Wade and Willis took several trips together, including a Caribbean cruise, a trip to Aruba, and a trip to the Napa Valley in California.
Here are just some of the (non-mainstream media) responses going viral:

It really is a disaster, but I don’t think she’s figured that out yet. Untouchable. (Think: Titanic: Unsinkable.) It’s also sadly laughable.

So what does she deserve from this?

I suppose anything she herself would dish out to someone who did the same thing.
