Texas Sues Biden Regime for Their Unlawful Climate Overreaching

 Texan Ken Paxton, the State Attorney General with more victories in lawsuits against the corrupt Biden regime, has filed another lawsuit challenging the administration’s regulatory overreach, suing to stop the federal Department of Transportation’s unlawful new greenhouse gas reporting measure.

The new federal rule requires the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to establish a declining carbon dioxide target associated with transportation as a performance measure for the Interstate and National Highway System.

The federal government claims this mandate is necessary to meet the Biden administration’s goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions to reach net-zero across the economy by 2050.

The rule also requires TxDOT to measure and report progress toward the achievement of those targets.

The Department of Transportation does not have the statutory authority to institute such a rule, and the mandate violates the Administrative Procedure Act.

Further, the rule is arbitrary and capricious and violates the Spending Clause by impermissibly restricting the use of federal funds by requiring TxDOT to implement the greenhouse gas measure.

    The Georgia Guidstones had these purported ideals:

    Personally, the “ideals” are repugnant. 500 million people as the maximum number, the U.S. has 336 Million now, the world over 8 Billion. The vaccine may have planted the destructive seed to achieving that population.

Wind turbine blades are filled with Balsa Woods from South American Jungles, they are destroying the jungles/forest to make Wind Turbines, then they bury the blades from decommissioned Wind Turbines because they can’t recycle them? They are mining Lithium in horrific open pits to make storage batteries for electric vehicles, nothing about their goals is actually being put into place. We’re all going to stretch power cables across city sidewalks to charge our cars parked on the street, and we’ve been told Christmas Lights burden the Electric Grid, but no one speaks of Charging Vehicles doing the same, no, far worse.

    They are claiming sudden deaths are due to Climate Change. I worked in a facility where employees were exposed to 150° Temperatures for brief periods, say 15 minutes, then would retreat to an Air Conditioned Shelter, and come out again as needed. Some employees wore Long John Underwear year round to protect themselves from Radiant Heat. You had to drink copious amounts of water before work, and people that worked there were sautrated in sweat. All were exposed to pollution and had to wear Half Face Respirators all day, and Respirators in any form burden (to different amounts) the bodies of those using them, but these people weren’t dying, but a fraction of a degree is responsible for sudden deaths since 2020 and on (the vaccine years)?

      • The Union Safety Office I was in measured the Temperatures, I have no reason to doubt the extent. It was likely during the summer, but the area is worked all year. So the temperature elevation was persistent but not always to 150° F.

        I’m talking the Lidman Position on a Coke Oven Battery, the facility (U S. Steel) is the largest in North America. The Lidman Remove the Oven Lids (except on Batteries where the Larry Car can do that automatically), replace the lids once the Larry Car charges the oven with Pulverized or Pelletized Coal, and seal the lid with a plaster like substance I believe they call mud.

        I looked extensively for published Temperatures, incredibly all the articles I saw, quite a few, mentioned emissions in terms of pollutions.

        Temperatures likely vary by design of the battery (older vs newer batteries), and condition of the refractory material.

        Topside sees Charging by the Larry Car via 4 Lids removed by the Larry Car or area employees in the area. Gas mains are manipulated for Charging and then manipulated again when the oven is sealed.

        Bench level, near the bottom of the oven, a Pusher Side Bench and a Coke Side Bench exist. At the appropriate time, the Pusher and Coke Side Doors are removed by the Door Machine, and the Coke pushed from the Pusher Side, through a Coke Guide, into the Coke Car, the Coke is glowing red and in flames in the Coke Car. The Coke Car and an Environmental Hood travel together until the Coke Car reaches the Quench Tower, where water is used to cool the Coke.

        This, I think, is my plant, in the comment section, it says Canada, but it looks awfully familiar and I recognize the Combination Chemical Particulates Cartridges used on the respirator. Read the comments for both videos, and these videos don’t include bench level employees, they too are subject to intense heat and radiant heat:

        Merry Christmas. You can write and quote as needed. These employees survive hellish exposures. They are not physically fit necessarily. One man was so big I briefly regretted giving him a ride in my car in the plant, he later lost both legs and part of a hand when he took a short cut and walked too close to be seen by the operator of the Larry Car, yet prior to that, despite morbid obesity was tolerating these exposures to some point (if he worked on the Larry Car, his exposure wouldn’t be the same as someone working on the Topside).
