I do not live in North Dakota and I have not been there in decades but this is bizarre. Foster County, ND voted over 76% for Trump and about 22% for Biden. It is a small county with less than 3,400 people. If he hates Republicans so much, he is living in the wrong county. If a conservative killed a democrat because he or she was a democrat in a democratic majority area, that person would get life imprisonment plus federal hate crimes charges. What happened to the Civil Rights of Cayler Ellingson?
