Meet General Charles Q. Brown, Biden’s choice for Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff.

Crrently in debate in the Senate, if they approve his nomination, Brown will be the highest ranking officer in the US Military, top advisor to the President, NSA, Homeland Security, and Secretary of Defense.
He believes diversity is the greatest tool to defeating China and Russia, and has stood behind General who said “too many Air Force pilots are white.”
Critics, among veterans, politicians and even within the military, are concerned Brown’s highest emphasis has been on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

Under his leadership, technology and weapons development won’t be priority, but instead the US will focus on hiring more minorities these critics indicate.
“DEI has deep Marxist roots based on critical theories, where merit is minimized, and power structures are based on identity, oppression, and racism,” according to Scott Sturman, a past president of the US Air Force Academy. “It is a stealth weapon devised by academics that breeds conformity of thought, marginalizes members of organizations solely due to superficial characteristics, and engenders favoritism.”
“The choice to install General Brown as the next CJCS is overtly political. The public should be skeptical of the general’s contentious leadership style which is anchored in DEI ideology,” Sturman noted.
“There are too many red flags. The new CJCS must heal the military’s gaping wounds and restore its traditional priorities of ability, service, and unity without regard to phenotype,” Sturman added. “General Brown is not up to the task.”

The “best person for the job” belief system would no longer apply, and the United States will fall behind even further.
In a letter to the Senate, from 30 leading conservatives (*see below for some of their names) revealed:
“Of all the major service branches, the Air Force has leaned the hardest into progressive ideological indoctrination over readiness and merit, Gen. Brown has stated openly that he ‘purposely built’ his office with ‘diversity’ as the core priority, appearing to discriminate against candidates for positions in the Air Force based on their race, religion, and biological sex.”
“…Moreover, under Gen. Brown’s leadership, Air Force Academy cadets were told that they may no longer refer to their parents as ‘mom and dad’ because it was ‘divisive language.’ Gen. Brown also authorized use of Air Force resources to host LGBT pride events, including drag shows for minors.“

General Brown went viral after George Floyd’s death, where he called for making diversity improvements institutionally.
He launched investigations into racial inequality in the Air Force’s promotion system in the aftermath of race-related protests following the death of Floyd in 2020, according to a report by Defense One.
The report noted that Brown also helped open the Air Force’s first DEI office in 2021.
“I want the wisdom and knowledge to lead, participate in, and listen to necessary conversations on racism, diversity and inclusion,” reads a quote from Brown on the office’s website.
“In order to go to pilot training, there was a way to bump your (Blacks and Hispanics) score to be competitive for pilot training by having prior pilot time,” Brown said in defense of the policy. “So if you’re economically disadvantaged, and you can’t afford to go get pilot training, you are already ‘x’ number of points in the hole.”
Brown came under fire for his DEI-centric leadership from the American Accountability Foundation, who indicated he embraces race-based hiring and promotions in the military for the sake of “diversity.”

Brown’s nomination comes as the Air Force is projected to miss its 2023 recruiting goal by 10%, Air & Space Forces Magazine reported in March.
The magazine reported the Air Force, under Brown’s command, barely reached its fiscal 2022 goal for the active-duty Air Force. They missed goals for the Reserve and Guard by about 1,500 to 2,000 recruits each.
According to the Air Force Times, readiness among the Air Force’s fleet has also declined. Mission-capable rates, the main readiness metric across nearly 40 of the service’s major aircraft, remained essentially stagnant, slightly declining from 72.7% in 2020 to 71.5% in 2021.
Diversity “moved to the forefront of personnel decisions such as promotions and hiring” under Brown’s supervision, according to Air and Space Forces Magazine.
Biden nominated Brown in May to succeed Army Gen. Mark A. Milley upon his planned retirement in October.

“I hire for diversity, because they all bring a different perspective, which makes my decisions that much better, because I hear different sides of the argument,” Brown told attendees at the virtual event hosted by the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
Who else will feel less safe with a man like this in charge of our military?

1. I am glad that I retired last year before all this foolishness.
2. There should be equality of opportunity but not equity of results. Hard work should be rewarded.
3. The U.S. military should keep to its job of defending the U.S. and its allies.
4. What are they going to do if the Wagner group attacks Poland? What are they going to do if there is a war in Southeast or Southwest Asia? Have a drag queen competition or a Antifa/BLM march?

Poland will defend Poland. I do not think that their military is woke or that lack of diversity is a problem for them.

Unless there $ in it for the scoundrels, Poland & SE Asia are on their own. Unfortunately that’s not likely the case with our Military Industrial Complex.
