Raffensperger’s Corrupt Georgia Election Investigation Was Sealed, But Works With Mayorkas for 2024 Voting

It is no secret that Joe Biden’s Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) Alejandro Mayorkas and RINO Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger are close allies.

In May 2023, Raffensperger’s office notified Georgia counties that the state would be doing election system security “Health Checks” in all 159 counties.

During the call it was announced, “that Secretary Raffensperger’s office is coordinating with the Department of Homeland Security to conduct physical site security assessments of the storage and warehousing of all election equipment in each county.”

Imagine that! The arguably most likely dangerous man of the Biden Administration is coordinating the security assessments of election equipment in Raffensperger’s Georgia voting process.

But, Wednesday, June 21, 2023, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report – the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.

Raffensperger has been hiding this report from the public for two years.

University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system under Raffensperger’s control in previous elections.

The results of the  investigation on these Dominion voting machines in Georgia were sealed and covered up by Raffensperger’s allies, including progressive far-left Judge Amy Totenberg. The report was kept under wraps until this week, and after Raffensperger’s office announced the DHS involvement.

What the judge and Raffensperger did not want revealed was what Halderman wrote in the sealed investigation.

“Back in September 2020, the Court granted the Curling Plaintiffs access to one of Georgia’s touchscreen ballot marking devices (BMDs) so that they could assess its security,” he wrote. “Drew and I extensively tested the machine, and we discovered vulnerabilities in nearly every part of the system that is exposed to potential attackers.”

Raffensperger needed to keep this quiet in order to keep his (faux and corrupted) security narration public.

The most critical problem we found is an arbitrary-code-execution vulnerability that can be exploited to spread malware from a county’s central election management system (EMS) to every BMD in the jurisdiction,” Halderman revealed. “This makes it possible to attack the BMDs at scale, over a wide area, without needing physical access to any of them.”

Our report explains how attackers could exploit the flaws we found to change votes or potentially even affect election outcomes in Georgia, including how they could defeat the technical and procedural protections the state has in place.”

In a May 19, 2023 press release, entitled “Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger Continues Focus on Security in Preparation for 2024 Elections,” they actually included this:

“Election deniers and those with similar claims in the courts may want us to irresponsibly move faster to make this change (based on the hidden investigation just revealed),” said Raffensperger. “However, I have told our team we will move in a responsible, deliberate, and mature way that will put the needs of voters and our election workers first. I’m an engineer. To build a solid structure, you need a strong well laid foundation. That is what this plan does.”

What is the reason for Raffensperger’s “Election deniers” comment?

Perhaps these statements from his office’s release provides the best clue:

“The office also announced that there will be pilots of the recently Election Assistance Commission-certified version of Democracy Suite, 5.17, in 2023.”

“This process will take tens of thousands of manhours. Therefore, the statewide move to 5.17 will occur following the 2024 election cycle. This will allow the state and counties to focus on executing municipal elections and running the Presidential cycle. It also allows the state to put together a thoughtful, thorough plan to roll out the latest software.”

In other words, Raffensperger kept this critical investigation revelations into his corrupt 2020 Georgia elections secret, while working in concert with Mayorkas to leave wide open the potential manipulation of 2024 elections.

  1. These people are so sure no one can stop them. That is our greatest asset, that wickedness gets overconfident and never sees their end cometh. “Cometh”, hey, that’s a good word. Aha! I’m plagiarizing from Shakespeare: “Something wicked this way cometh.” I believe that “something” met a bitter end?
