“Hunter thus won’t pay taxes on more than $400,000 in unreported income for these years.

Operating a continuing criminal operation would be within the statute for money laundering.
Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute (Title 21 U.S.C. § 848), which is commonly associated with drug trafficking but can be used to prosecute other types of criminal enterprises as well.

And still, our GOP and law does nothing. The committee is going on their annual vacation soon, gotta have that vacation so they can buy more illegal stocks and take payoffs from their buddies while visiting the beach. Hunter and Old Joe will walk away with nary a scratch. It’s the American way now. Judicial Watch is a good outfit and has proven to be reliable over the years. Why isn’t McCarthy doing anything to this family? Keep digging Jack.

The only thing I can hope for is that there are decent, conscientious politicians & staff on the investigation via this committee. Certainly, they must be very diligent (takes reasonable time to do this right) so evidence is foolproof, accurate & strong enough. I know there are two big issues or steps.
1.Trace, Secure & Establish evidence of Biden Family hidden funds.
2. Answer what exactly was traded or given in exchange for this money.
The most monumental task is how to prove, punish and handle those (who will do anything and everything to prevent) those who are guilty of illegal activities such as treason, RICO violations, and so many felonies. Americans want the felons to be punished with misdemeanor concerns to follow.
