Does Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Make Sense for America?

Sitting around the “table of knowledge” at my favorite local breakfast cafe a few days ago, a wise man said something I had been thinking lately.

“That Robert Kennedy, Jr. is looking better as a candidate every day,” he remarked. “If something happens to Trump, I believe he would be a good president. The news and media would be against him, but actually, he’s probably the smartest Kennedy of them all.”

“I didn’t care much for Teddy, but President Kennedy and Bobby were good,” replied an older gentleman. “I wish Trump and him would get together so that good Republicans and Democrats could come together against those xxxholes in their now.”

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. may be just as much of a threat to New World Order owned politicians, Big Media propagandists, Military Industrial Complex, Deep State bureaucrats, George and Alexander Soros interests, Bill Gates, RINOS, the Biden Crime Family, Clinton-Obama interests and the World Economic Forum as Donald J. Trump is.

Granted, Trump has proven his capabilities with the strong appreciation and approval of multi-millions of Americans. What he accomplished was remarkable, despite everything (illegal and semi-legal) that the before mentioned entities threw at him, he placed America first.

Except for the politically motivated pandemic that was used against Americans to steal the 2020 election, we must not forget, just for starters,  2000 Mules, Russia-Russia-Russia, and Big Media’s “without evidence” total crucifixion.

At this point in time, my preference would be a Donald Trump-Kari Lake ticket. I don’t want any establishment Republicans or Democrats in the White House. The apple cart needs to be turned over.

If there was a way, it could be turned over, with a Trump-Kennedy ticket. People are beginning to talk about it. Trump even invited Kennedy, who accepted to meet just a month or two prior to Trump’s inauguration.

RFK, Jr. is more than just a name. He also has proven himself to be a crusader against evil and selfish power, including Big Pharma.

His history bodes well with Americans who don’t trust factions of federal government creepily working clandestinely within the bowels and boughs of the FBI, CIA, DOJ, FDA, CDC, EPA, and NIH (think Fauci).

On the topic of America representing war or peace, look what RFK, Jr. said:

A country of war…or peace?

Kennedy says, if elected, his “administration will make it a top priority to protect and restore the fundamental civil liberties, enshrined in the Bill of Rights, that hold the essence of what America can be. These liberties have endured constant assault for over twenty years, starting with the Bush/Cheney War on Terror, and accelerating in the era of Covid lockdowns.”

“Freedom of speech is the capstone of all other rights and freedoms. Once a government has the power to silence its opponents, no other right is safe. We will therefore dismantle the censorship-industrial complex, in which Big Tech censors, deplatforms, shadowbans, and algorithmically suppresses any person or opinion the government asks them to.”

“We will respect the right to privacy and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures, by ending mass surveillance of American citizens and the abuse of civil asset forfeiture. We will make sure that the Covid-era suspension of the right to assembly, trial by jury, and freedom of worship will never happen again.”

“The same for the right to property. During Covid, 3.4 million businesses were forced to close. Many of them, including 60% of Black-owned businesses, will never reopen.”

“A Kennedy administration will respect American citizens and stop treating them like suspects and schoolchildren. We will stop manipulating the public with propaganda and targeted leaks. We will never weaponize the law against political opponents, nor hold our own officials above the law. We will return the intelligence agencies to their proper role as protectors not violators of liberty.”

Back to Serving the People

“We are going to remake public institutions to serve the public. We will roll back the secrecy and make government transparent,” Kennedy reveals. “We will protect whistleblowers and prosecute officials who abuse the public trust. We will rein in the lobbyists and slam shut the revolving door that shunts people from government agencies to lucrative positions in the companies they were supposed to regulate, and back again. We will get money out of politics. We will open our institutions to real citizen involvement. We will restore integrity to government.”

Heal the Divide

“America is more polarized and divided now than at any time in living memory. Both sides seem to agree that the basic problem is the horrible people on the other side. Both sides are wrong. The basic problem is the division itself.”

“A divided public lacks the strength to resist exploitation or to overcome the inertia of the status quo. The classic American can-do spirit exhausts itself in endless battles. So let’s heal the divide.”

Turn it Around

“The time has come to reverse America’s economic decline, decades in the making. Our country faces a widening wealth gap (the most unequal since the 1920s), rampant debt, decaying infrastructure, and a hollowed-out industrial base.”

“Every night, tens of millions of American children go to bed hungry. Millions of Americans must choose between food and medicine; millions more are living on the edge, just a single car repair away from disaster. And these problems are even worse for Black, Native, and other minority populations.”

“Government assistance to the nation’s most vulnerable is a high priority, but even more important is to reverse the policies that have led to such poverty in the first place. We will rebuild the industrial infrastructure, ruined by forty years of off-shoring and misguided “free trade” schemes. We will enact policies that favor small and medium businesses, which are the nation’s real job creators and the dynamos of American enterprise.”

“We will support labor in reclaiming its fair share of American prosperity. We will break up ‘too-big-to-fail’ banks and monopolies, and when crisis strikes, bail out the homeowners, debtors, and small business owners instead.”

“Global developments, particularly the end of the US dollar’s status as the world’s unchallenged reserve currency, portend turbulent economic conditions ahead. Yet at the same time, we know that America is fundamentally a wealthy nation, blessed with vast lands, rich resources, and a creative population. That is the vitality we will tap into to turn this country around.”

“Another key aspect of American revitalization is our healthcare system, which consumes nearly one-fifth of GDP,” Kennedy noted. “It isn’t just a matter of shifting the burden of who pays. The problem is much deeper. Healthcare spending per capita has increased twelve-fold since 1960. Are we twelve times healthier? Quite the contrary: We face today a terrible pandemic—not of Covid, but of chronic disease.”

“Autoimmunity, allergies, diabetes, obesity, addiction, anxiety, and depression afflict two-thirds of the population, up from a few percent in our grandparents’ time. A Kennedy administration will go beyond making existing modalities available to all, to include low-cost alternative and holistic therapies that have been marginalized in a pharma-dominated system. We will move from a sick care system to a wellness society.”

One area his campaign staff is still scratching their heads over is abortion.

They emphasize he wants to “heal the divide” between Left and Right and say “has clear positions on most of today’s divisive trigger issues like abortion, guns, and immigration, but he knows that both sides have legitimate concerns and legitimate moral positions,” including few “relish the thought of dead fetuses, nor do they want to force women to have unwanted babies.”

The Kennedy campaign statement published May 15 to Newsweek indicated he “believes strongly in the principle of bodily autonomy, whether the issue is abortion or medical mandates. He will keep government away from women’s childbearing choices. The moral issues are best left to the woman, her family, and her religious community.”

One area that may benefit Kennedy with independent and less progressive, moderate Leftist thinkers is how he is not in agreement with the modern, Woke and New World Order leaning Democratic Party.

In April, a USA Today/Suffolk University poll found that 14% of Americans who voted for Biden in 2020 would back Kennedy instead.

He definitely resonates with a disaffected but important faction of Democrats. There has been thought that this could pose a serious problem for the party if Kennedy were to run as a third-party candidate in the 2024 general election. Even worse for the Democratic Party would be a run with Trump.

  1. THAT DUO-TICKET (Trump / Kennedy) is incredibly interesting and would be formidable! 🥊 🥊

I can’t remember in my lifetime when there has ever been a split-ticket party nomination like that one would be. Has there been one?

  2. He is definitely more conservative than liberal, as JFK was. The Democratic party of today is not the one of the 60s, or the 40s. It’s been taken over by radicals and extremist, as well as criminals. Kennedy see’s this and is not afraid to say it, or to take them on. That’s why he should either team up with Trump, or make an all out effort to dethrone Biden.

  3. This column prompted a “table of knowledge” discussion amongst several of my friends today as well. These were our thoughts:

I agree with one of your reader’s comments from yesterday in that the cabal will NOT allow both GOP Trump and Democrat Kennedy to be the 2 nominees for President. They need an out.

Neither Trump nor Kennedy is onboard to continue the out of control abuse of power and leftist agenda that we are now seeing in the current Biden-Obama-Clinton presidency. But with both on the same ticket??!!! Formidable! I’m sure there are some shady governmental lackies even now sitting around a table in the dark at some undisclosed location whispering to each other as to how that pairing can be thwarted before it catches on.

There are a BUNCH of Democrats not happy with Biden. Voting for Kennedy as the VP and ignoring the Trump half of the presidential ticket would allow them to save face and rectify to themselves that they didn’t sell out their party. Not really! They did vote for a Democrat! Would be worth the gamble.

It would also promote that elusive concept of “reaching across the aisle” which has been a complete mirage for years. Maybe Kennedy could bring enough House and Senate Democrats on board that Congress will actually get some things done and passed instead of the usual gridlock and snags along party lines.

Kennedy has that sexy 🌟 power dynasty name with that leftover whiff in the air of the Camelot era. He is the perfect guy to energize the 2024 race, and most especially as on the Trump / Kennedy ticket. Moderate Manchin can’t draw that excitement. I can’t think of even one other Democrat that could.

Yes, Kennedy is a Democrat (and may be more invested in the Climate Change agenda than most of the GOP), but he would NOT be onboard for abolishing the police, drag shows in schools and the military, trannies in women’s sports, and some of these other idiot liberal sideshow platforms. He is a unifier…. just like his father was as well as his uncle.
