More Massive Georgia Corruption Exposed in 2020 Election

Heat has been turned up and is nearing the boiling point for corrupt Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

🔹Last week a complaint was filed with Georgia State Board of Elections (SBOE) in Atlanta by Kevin Moncla of Little Elm, TX and David Cross in Suwanee, GA. This is a result of an enormous amount of citizen bi-partisan investigations and research to defend state and federal election laws.

🔹The complaint demands the Georgia State Election Board must immediately suspend use of the
Dominion voting systems until a thorough review by a panel of independent experts can be
performed.

🔹Meanwhile, a litigation hold has been placed in Coffee County, GA to ensure the maintenance of election records from the 2020 election in cases filed against Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

🔹Raffensperger has been copied in both the citizen’s report and the legal complaint.. He signed a highly suspicious contract regarding Dominion voting machines in 2019, along with Gabriel Sterling, the head of the State’s Professional Licensing Division just in time to prepare for their plans for November 2020 elections.

“The evidence and implications related to the installment of the state-wide Dominion system and required federal certifications on electronic voting systems provides long-awaited insight into the deceptive state practices that have become evident to onlookers worldwide. It may even explain some of the deterrence citizens have experienced the past several years,” the Georgia Record reported last week. “In Georgia, and other states, Dominion systems may have been purchased under troubling legal conditions. The implications stretch back to multiple elections cycles and have likely contributed to the current culture of cheating and poor transparency in Georgia.”

🔹The initial report has key evidence against Pro V & V Electronic, a voting system inspection and testing company, which was originally contracted by the Federal Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to receive two-year accreditations in 2015.

🔹Their accreditation expired February 24, 2017.

🔹It was not renewed until after the January 2021 Georgia run-off.

🔹There is no public record that Pro V & V had a re-accreditation request in either 2017 or 2019 from the federal EAC.

🔹There is also possible evidence that Dominion has actually paid Pro V & V for their services, which creates a serious conflict of interest.

🔹Pro V & V is the company used by Georgia to supposedly ensure electronic voting system compliance with federal election laws. Dominion appears to have not been certified for the 2020 election. The system also appears to not have been certified pre-purchase, which is a requirement under Georgia law.

🔹According to the investigation, strong efforts to conceal information from citizens were made by Raffensberger and EAC officials about the accreditation status of Pro V&V.

Efforts to conceal this fact have only magnified the damage, perpetuated a fraud upon the American people, and prevented correction or remedy.

“Records and analysis strongly suggest that the EAC fabricated
documents on behalf of Pro V&V then posted those documents
on the EAC website. Seemingly this was done in an effort to
make it appear as though the required documents had been timely
submitted.”

Georgia’s current voting system was not certified in accordance with
the Help America Vote Act. The voting system Georgia purchased
was not tested by an EAC accredited Voting System Testing Lab as
required thereby rendering the EAC certification invalid based upon
the established requirements.

“The report asserts that EAC failed to develop and maintain voting system testing guidelines, failed to oversee the accreditation of testing labs, and failed to test our country’s voting systems to a remotely reasonable standard. The report declares EAC has miserably failed to perform not only its core mission, but all missions for its entire existence.”

“The actions of the EAC as detailed herein extend far beyond mere failure. The EAC allegedly
fabricated a fraudulent record for Pro V&V and repeatedly, knowingly, and intentionally
misrepresented the expired accreditation status of a Voting Systems Testing Laboratory to
the American people. The EAC’s deceptive practices allegedly fostered a false sense of security
and materially violated their responsibilities under the HAVA in both letter and spirit of the
law.”

In 2021, Fulton County poll manager Suzi Voyles testified she saw ballots marked for Joe Biden were suspiciously pristine and uniform while she was sorting through a large stack of mail-in ballots in November 2020.

When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.

Adding to suspicions, she noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election. And none was folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.

In short, the Biden votes looked like they’d been duplicated by a copying machine.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes much of Atlanta.

🔹More poll workers in Fulton County swore in affidavits that they also observed fake-looking ballots in stacks of absentee ballots for Biden.

Deals With Runbeck & Dominion

Raffensperger’s dilemma begins with the June 9, 2020 election primaries of Georgia. He coordinated a deal with Runbeck Election Services from Phoenix, Arizona who “partnered with Dominion Voting and the state of Georgia to send out more than one million absentee ballots.”

🔹During the 2016 general primary, only 37,000 absentee ballots were submitted by mail and 200,000 were submitted for the November 2016 general election.

🔹The surge was a result of Raffensperger’s office sending absentee ballot request forms to all of Georgia’s 6.9 million active voters.

Raffensperger’s own press release revealed, “Instead of leaving the sending of absentee ballot request forms to local elections offices or third party organizations, the Secretary of State’s office took on that responsibility, coordinating with experienced state vendors for the printing and mailing of the request forms.”

The Secretary of State’s office also contracted with outside mail vendors for the fulfillment of the absentee ballot requests, including the provision of processing equipment and printing and mailing ballots, to take that burden off of local elections officials.
