President Trump to Iran: ‘If One American Killed, I Will Hold You Responsible’

A Sunday missle attack in Iraq’s Green Zone where the U.S. Embassy is located resulted in President Trump issuing a strong warning to the Islamic Republic of Iran on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020.

“Our embassy in Baghdad got hit Sunday by several rockets. Three rockets failed to launch. Guess where they were from: IRAN. Now we hear chatter of additional attacks against Americans in Iraq,” President Donald J. Trump tweeted this evening. “Some friendly health advice to Iran: If one American is killed, I will hold Iran responsible. Think it over.”

“The Dec. 20, 2020 rocket attack on the green zone in Iraq was almost certainly conducted by an Iranian-backed Rogue Militia Group,” a spokesperson from U.S. Central Command said in the statement.

There were “no U.S. injuries or casualties, the attack did damage buildings in the U.S. Embassy compound, and was clearly NOT intended to avoid casualties.”

  1. While we fight amongst ourselves – the election debacle – one of our foreign enemies takes advantage of the distraction in order to attack us. Did they think we wouldn’t notice?! MAGA.💜🇺🇸

  2. Whatever the reason for the attack – Iran has always hated America. They call us the Great Satan and call Israel the Little Satan. They’ll take any & every opportunity to attack us.
I agree – so thankful President Trump has the nads and knowledge to deal with these crazy jihadists. Proud and grateful he IS our President‼ 💜🇺🇸🙏
