Trump Rescinds Autopen Signed Pardons While Thune Says He’ll Bring SAVE America Act to Senate Floor

President Trump signed the order to rescind any and all presidential pardons that weren’t issued by a president.

“Everyone knows the autopen is for form letters and autographed photos,” Trump said before signing, “You can’t have a machine issuing executive orders and pardons. You just can’t do it.”

As many as 84 of Biden’s 196 pardons were issued with the device, according to the FBI’s Autopen Task Force.

“Those pardons aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on.”

Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader John Thune says he’ll bring the SAVE America Act to the floor next week.

This action will put Democrats on record against common-sense election security.

The bill:

• demands proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote.

• requires photo ID at the polls.

• protects women’s sports from biological males.

• shields minors from irreversible gender procedures.

Polls show overwhelming support: 83 percent of Americans back it, including 71 percent of Democrats.

President Trump has demanded Republicans change Senate rules to break the filibuster and pass it with a simple majority.

Thune refuses, claiming he lacks the votes for a talking filibuster or procedural overhaul. That means the bill is headed for almost certain defeat – exactly what establishment Republicans seem comfortable with.

Thune is not practicing leadership. He plans a symbolic vote that lets RINOs claim they tried while blaming Democrats for blocking voter integrity.

The base sees through it. Conservatives on X are furious. They are calling Thune a sellout. They predict another GOP cave on a winning issue.

America deserves secure elections, fair sports, and protection for kids – not more excuses from weak-kneed senators. If Thune won’t fight, primary challengers should. Time to stop playing games and start delivering for the people who sent Trump back to the White House.
