Good ideas. I bought a bag of food grade silicia packets after reading an older post on this site on silicia packets. I like to freeze different kinds of flour when I take them out I pop large ones in containers of rice, cereal, etc. I bought a sealer kit for my food saver so I can seal mason lids with dry contents and a packet of silicia.
