New information is coming out in Senate testimony, revealing how our senators and congressional representatives have been sending taxpayer funds overseas with zero oversight. 

A former senior vetting officer at USAID just dropped a bombshell: U.S. politicians are being pressured—and possibly paid—to ignore vetting rules for where our tax dollars go. He even confirmed to Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) that international Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and United Nations (UN) agencies actively lobby in D.C. to stop vetting, meaning billions can flow unchecked to foreign programs with little to no accountability. The UN pushing against oversight should alarm every American.

● ActBlue, the Democratic fundraising machine that pumped over $16 billion into campaigns and causes, is crumbling under a storm of resignations and whistleblower hints—just as Rep. Burchett continues to expose the ‘paper trail’ of corruption tying Washington insiders to misappropriated funds.

● In early March 2025, Burchett revealed Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) was closing in on the truth, alleging lawmakers’ spouses and cronies are fattening their wallets through shady agency and business deals.

Videos circulating online accuse ActBlue of stealing small donors’ identities to launder millions, and DOGE appears to have chased that money back to DC’s crooked core.

First, know that the chairs of the Senate Appropriation Committee and Congressional Oversight Committee are Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) and Jamie Raskin (D-Maryland).

The revelation that international NGOs and UN agencies are lobbying against vetting policies for U.S. foreign aid, potentially allowing funds to reach terrorist organizations, is a critical national security issue that demands immediate attention.

According to another former senior vetting officer at USAID, this practice not only compromises American interests but also aligns with pro-communist China lobbies, pushing global agendas that favor China’s influence over U.S. national security goals.

● “USAID Self-Funds its own lobby that then comes to congress and successfully gets more money for itself.”

● “A lot of countries don’t have to lobby because they get the money anyway.”

● “Even in the last Congress Session: HR 160 was killed by lobbying – it was for HIGHER TRANSPARENCY.”

“Everybody’s getting money here — lobbying and getting money.”

FBI Director Kash Patel has warned of China’s significant threat to U.S. economic and national security through espionage, and recent findings show that the Biden-Harris administration released at least 99 potential terrorists into the U.S. since 2021, exacerbating these vulnerabilities.

“They’re gonna push back because you’ve got Congressmen on both sides of the aisle,” Representative Burchett said last month. “If they follow that paper trail, it’s going to come back to them. You’ve got their wife and / or girlfriend that works for some agency, quasi-agency or some business. This town’s as crooked as a dogs leg”

“I’ll get primaried for saying that but that’s the truth and we all know it,” he continued. “Somebody’s gonna straighten it out, it looks like it’s gonna be Elon Musk”

The overturning of previous vetting regulations further highlights a systemic failure that could inadvertently support adversarial groups.

In late February, Burchett questioned Gregg Roman, Executive Director of the Middle East Forum, who provided details on how billions in foreign aid may have been misused:

Burchett: “Mr. Roman, are you aware that we are sending $40 million a week to the Taliban?”

Gregg Roman: “Yes, sir.”

Burchett then asked whether other terrorist groups had received U.S. assistance, directly or indirectly.

Gregg Roman: “We have assisted Al-Shabaab in Somalia, there’s been instances of the Hamzi network in Sudan, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Kata’ib Hezbollah, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in Syria. Dozens of terror organizations have received indirect assistance from U.S. foreign aid.”

“Since October 7th, when Hamas invaded southern Israel, $2.1 billion in American taxpayers’ money has gone to Gaza,” Roman stated.

According to Roman, USAID bypassed normal screening procedures by using emergency waivers that allowed aid to flow without thorough vetting.

“Waivers were granted because they said that there was an emergency use to have that money come into Gaza, thereby jettisoning the usual, typical screening procedures,” Roman explained.

USAID Administrator Samantha Power, UNHCR Deputy High Commissioner Kelly Clements, and IOM Director General Amy Pope served in senior roles during the Obama and Biden administrations.

The U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) is a partnership involving U.S. government agencies, international organizations, and domestic and foreign NGOs to deliver refugee services.

Key entities include the Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (DOS/PRM), UNHCR, Department of State’s Refugee Coordinator Program (DOS/RCP), DHS’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Customs and Border Protection (DHS/USCIS/CBP), HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement (HHS/ORR), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and hundreds of NGOs.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, and USAID Administrator Samantha Power oversaw the allocation of significant funding to IOM, UNHCR, and other UN-affiliated organizations to facilitate global travel and resettlement for migrants, including those bound for the United States.

These former and current Obama-Biden administration officials merit scrutiny for their roles in these initiatives.

The reason we must have DOGE is that congressional oversight failed.

USAID has had oversight the whole time.  The items that DOGE is bringing to light, should have been reviewed by them.
