Donald Trump’s lawyer Mike Davis issued separate strong warnings to New York’s controversial Attorney General Letitia James and special counsel Jack Smith.
“I dare you to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump,” he cautioned James. “… listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time and we will put your fatass in prison for conspiracy against rights.”
To Smith, Davis simply said, “Dear Jack Smith: Lawyer up.”
DOJ policy forbids prosecuting a sitting president, and even if it didn’t, there has never been an ounce of doubt that Trump’s attorney general would drop the charges.
Trump has promised to fire Smith “within two seconds” of taking office.
“Look, I would say to Jack Smith that right now you guys are the hunters and on January 20th you’re going to become the hunted,” Davis announced in July. “We need to give them retribution. And people are like, ‘You can’t do retribution.’ Yes, retribution is a big part of justice.”
Calling out the lawfare indictments against Trump, Davis deemed them as part of “a criminal conspiracy by these Democrat prosecutors, these Democrat judges, these Democrat witnesses, these Democrat operatives.”
“And guess what guys? There are going to be severe legal, political and financial consequences. We are not going to turn the other cheek, they can go to hell,” he added.
Smith’s options are limited and basically up to his puppet master, Attorney General Merrick Garland, to decide before Jan. 20, 2025, when Trump takes the oath of office.

Also, in July, Davis spoke of things he would do if he became Trump’s Attorney General:
● Fire many Deep State operatives in the Executive Branch.
● Deport millions of illegal immigrants.
● “We’re gonna detain a lot of people in the D.C. gulag and Gitmo.”
● I’m gonna recommend a lot of pardons,” Davis concluded. “Every January 6th defendant is gonna get a pardon, especially my hero horn man.”
Davis, the former Chief Counsel for Nominations to Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, led the outside support team for Justice Gorsuch’s successful confirmation to the Supreme Court.
