In 1996, the U.S. Congress passed a law prohibiting noncitizens from voting in federal elections, including elections for the U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and presidential elections. This law does not apply to elections for state and local offices.
Federal law states that it is unlawful for a noncitizen to vote in federal elections and establishes the punishment of a fine, one year in prison, or both for violation of the law.
Since then, there are only a few cities where illegal aliens can vote in America:
● Oakland and San Francisco, California
● Washington, DC.
● 11 towns in Maryland
● 3 towns in Vermont
As of June 2024, there are seven states that explicitly prohibit noncitizen voting in their state constitutions:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Colorado
- Florida
- Louisiana
- North Dakota
- Ohio
An investigation by the Department of Health & Human Services Office of Inspector General found that California made Medicaid payments to “noncitizens with unsatisfactory immigration status” between October 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.
The investigation concluded that California overclaimed and paid $52.7 million in American taxpayers money for “providing nonemergency services to noncitizens.”
Believe it or not, the federal Office of Inspector General is calling for California “refund to the Federal Government the improperly claimed Federal reimbursement of $52.7 million for capitation payments made on behalf of noncitizens.”
In May 2024, far-left Governor Gavin Newsom announced that California had a deficit of $26.7 billion. However, that was false because the amount is $45 billion when other approved spending commitments are included.
In June 2019, we wrote about 449,000 Californians who declined jury duty due to the fact that they weren’t citizens.
To get jury duty, you have to be a registered voter.
So at least 449,000 illegal aliens were registered voters.
In San Diego County, the state’s second-largest court, 32,290 people were specifically removed from the juror pool between 1 January 2018 and 11 December 2018 for not being U.S. citizens.
While each of the 58 counties in California has a superior court, not all of them record how many potential jurors are excused due to being non-citizens.
Los Angeles Superior Court, for example, excused a total of 208,149 jurors in fiscal year 2017-2018. By comparison, Contra Costa County Superior Court in Northern California issued 14,522 excuses from jury duty between 1 January 2017 and 30 November 2018.
2020
In 2020, there were more than 25 million people living in the U.S. who were not U.S. citizens.
● This included approximately 12 million permanent residents living in the U.S. with legal permission, as well as 2 million temporary residents visiting the U.S. for a period of time as students, tourists, foreign workers, foreign officials, etc.
● At least 11 million immigrants were living in the U.S. illegally.
2024
● Today, there are more than 35 million people living in the U.S. who are not U.S. citizens.
● This includes approximately 16 million permanent residents living in the U.S. with legal permission, as well as 3 million temporary residents visiting the U.S. for a period of time as students, tourists, foreign workers, foreign officials, etc.
● At least 21 million immigrants are living in the U.S. illegally.

It is ironic, that the same government that is funding illegals and giving them benefits, is now requiring money back from California for the same.
Also funny that in California, the illegals who are so eager to come here and suck up all the benefits, balk at basic citizen responsibilities, like jury duty. I know, nobody loves jury duty, but still. Freedom is not license, or free.

I’m pretty sure the U.S. Constitution says that only U.S. citizens can vote. In 2016, Obama had a video on YouTube in which he explains why illegals should be allowed to vote. This is why the Democrats aren’t really concerned about the polls or Joe Biden’s deterioration. They already have a plan in place to “control” the election.
