Now there is a unique Beef Stew. It sounds Southern and Irish/Scottish at the same time.
Is Dennis a Scottish name? In my area, we have Salt Hill Pub, which features Irish cooking, and one of its best meals is the Guiness Beef Stew. This one sounds tangy and delicious.
