Where’s Hunter — in Relation to His Firearm Indictment?

While the Biden Crime Family is highly suspected of running illegal international bribery schemes with foreign Nationals, new evidence shows they received roughly 20 million dollars, in exchange for peddling their influence according to subpoenaed bank records. Their illegal activities seem to have influenced US politics. Biden’s critics say he placed the US government on sale and is guilty of high crimes, which warrant an impeachment.

This major criminal concern is not the only alarming one.

Facing up to 25 years in prison following three federal criminal charges with one being illegally purchasing a firearm, it is critical to know that America’s First Son, Hunter Biden was kicked out of the Navy for being addicted to crack cocaine, then lied on a federal form in order to acquire the gun.

The three indictments include:

  1. making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm.
  2. making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer.
  3. one count of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

According to the gun indictment, “on or about October 12, 2018, in the District of Delaware, the defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, that is, a Colt Cobra 38SPL Revolver with serial number RA 551363…knowingly made a false and fictitious written statement, intended and likely to deceive that dealer with respect to a fact material to the lawfulness of the sale of the firearm… in that the defendant, Robert Hunter Biden, provided a written statement on Form 4473 certifying he was not an unlawful user of, and addicted to, any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance, when in fact, as he knew, that statement was false and fictitious.”

The indictment also states that “on or about October 12, 2018, through on or about October 23, 2018, in the District of Delaware, the defendant Robert Hunter Biden, knowing that he was an unlawful user of and addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance…did knowingly possess a firearm, that is, a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver with serial number RA 551363, said firearm having been shipped and transported in interstate commerce.”

The charges were filed under the leadership of U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who is working as the special counsel in the case. Many people, including Republican Senator Ted Cruz, have argued that Weiss is compromised for the job because he has been protecting the Biden Crime Family in a series of illegal concerns.

Weiss

Weiss has been “engaging in obstruction of justice.” Cruz says, and that Weiss “wasn’t the driver” but “he was just complicit.”

Current White House resident Joe Biden and his U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland are accused of influencing the Hunter case; however, Weiss apparently went along with it.

“He was so weak that he could not stop the partisans and main justice from turning it into a political effort to protect Joe Biden,” Cruz explained of Weiss. He is a wildly inappropriate person to be a special counsel.”

“We should have a special counsel,” Cruz continued. “We should have a special counsel to investigate Merrick Garland for whether he lied under oath the Congress into questioning from me and whether he committed obstruction of justice.”

Originally, Hunter’s defense team was able to secure a “sweetheart” plea deal with federal prosecutors. A higher court judge called the team’s strategy out and the plea deal fell through. While Hunter has now officially been charged with numerous crimes, it is highly suspect that AG Garland’s corrupt prosecutors are still colluding with the Biden administration to keep Hunter out of prison.

In August, Cruz announced concerning questions have come up regarding Hunter’s case, especially in regard to Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Wolf in Delaware. Wolf prevented investigators from asking about “the big guy,” according to IRS agent whistleblowers.

Cruz caught James Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence) lying about Hunter’s crimes being fabricated by Russian disinformation

They said Wolf cautioned the investigation team against searching Joe Biden’s guest house in Delaware for evidence against Hunter Biden because of “optics.”

“It appears that AUSA Lesley Wolf actively obstructed the FBI from properly investigating Hunter Biden as well as any possible wrongdoing by President Joe Biden,” Cruz wrote directly to Weiss.

“These allegations are particularly troubling given the nature of AUSA Wolf’s close relationship with Alexander Mackler, a known Biden loyalist,” Cruz continued.

Mackler’s history with Joe Biden includes:

  1. being the campaign manager for Joe’s son, Beau Biden in his successful 2010 run for Delaware Attorney General.
  2. Joe Biden then appointed Mackler deputy counsel to the vice president, a position he held from September 2014 to August 2016.
  3. Mackler then served as an Assistant United States Attorney AUSA of Delaware alongside Wolf from 2016 to 2019.
  4. During those years, Mackler and Hunter Biden remained in close communication, according to the Hunter Laptop.
  5. In 2018, Mackler sent Hunter Biden an email to catch up:

I just finished a hellacious couple months in court. Now that I have a chance to breathe, was wondering how life is on your end. Last you told me you were out in LA. Gimme a call sometime we can catch up. Love you brother.

“These allegations of AUSA Wolf’s obstruction and Mackler’s obvious ties to the Bidens are troubling, and warrant further explanation,” Cruz explained.

Cruz requested Weiss confirm or deny whether Mackler was involved in the probe of any member of the Biden family or their web of business associates.

A recent Washington Examiner article indicates “Mackler’s inclusion in sensitive internal conversations about Hunter Biden’s Burisma work in 2015 is significant because he went on to work on a prosecutorial team conducting a criminal investigation of that same work.”

“The criminal investigation, which began at the IRS in 2018 and was under Weiss’s supervision by at least January 2019, examined the details of how Hunter Biden and his business partners earned millions of dollars from Burisma starting in 2014 and what they did with the money.”

“It is unclear whether Mackler recused himself from the Hunter Biden case before he left Weiss’s office in May 2019. Emails from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop show Mackler considered Hunter Biden a close friend and stayed in regular contact with him, even joking with Hunter Biden and Schwerin about the email policy at Weiss’s office on his first day of work there in 2016.”

Others that interested Americans should keep an eye on include Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings:

  • Named state prosecutor in Delaware DOJ in 2011 by Beau Biden, Hunter’s late brother.
  • Endorsed Joe Biden for president the day he announced, writing on Facebook: “I’ve known Joe, Jill, and the Biden family for most of my life. Joe is one of the kindest and most genuine people I’ve ever known … I’m choosing Joe because nobody understands more what it means to heal, and right now that’s what America needs.”
  • Her Chief Deputy AG, Alexander Mackler was Biden’s deputy counsel while VP, managed Beau’s AG campaign in 2010, and was Joe Biden’s press secretary while a senator.

US Assistant Attorney General for National Security Matthew Olsen:

  • Held a number of positions in the Obama-Biden administration, including NSA general counsel and director of the National Counterterrorism Center before leaving government in 2014.
  • Wrote an article in Time magazine in 2016 headlined, “Why ISIS supports Donald Trump.”
  • Nominated by Biden as national security AAG in May 2021, confirmed on party-line vote, with Sen. Marco Rubio saying Olsen “no longer has the credibility necessary to fill this important role given the partisan nature of his post-government writings.”
Barry caught on camera smoking crack by FBI

In a January 2019 phone conversation, Hunter said in a recorded call that he smoked crack regularly with late D.C. Mayor Marion Barry in a Georgetown bar restroom. 2021,

Hunter bragged that during his undergraduate days before his 1992 graduation from Georgetown University, “I actually smoked crack with Marion Barry I swear to f***ing god.”
