Most Americans have no idea who Victoria Charity White is, thanks to the efforts of disgraced Big Media and Joe Biden’s Department of Justice.

White is the victim of a severe beating by Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) commander Jason Bagshaw on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol.

One witness described White as a “true hero” who “stopped not one, but two people who were trying to break into the Capitol without a thought of her own safety. She is someone who loves our country and stands up for what is right.”

The Rochester, Minnesota patriot now has a trial set for May 8, 2023, for her patriotic participation in the historical rally over two years ago.

U.S. District Judge John D. Bates set this trial after White rejected the government’s plea offer. 

White, 39, gathered peacefully at President Donald Trump’s rally with up to a million American patriots near the Washington Monument that January morning.

Trump warned those in the gathering who intended to walk to the Capitol to go “peacefully” even though some in Congress and others in government were attempting to partake in the stolen 2020 presidential election of Joe Biden.

White, her 17-year-old daughter and several friends who had driven from Minnesota to support President Trump and honest elections, were excited to be among the “millions of others, it was magical, patriotic and historic. We were proud to be there.”

She and a friend decided to visit the Capitol, because “it was my first time here so of course, we were like so many others,” she said. “It was a special time and cause to be here.”

White said as they approached the Capitol there were no signs, warnings or barricades.

“There were no police cars or officers on the way, in the streets en route as we walked forward,” White explained. “People were waving banners, flags and it was all good and exciting with no reason to believe we were doing anything wrong.”

As they went into the crowd and forward, the two friends were separated by the crowds. White noticed there were some at the Capitol “who obviously were not part of the patriots there for Trump.”

Later, after looking at video footage and photos she recognized those who appeared to be the operatives such as “Antifa, or maybe government operatives.”

White noticed some trying to break glass and windows, so she started calling them out not to do that.

“We are on the same side,” one of the two ‘operatives’ yelled back. “We are on the same team.”

“No, we are not, we are here in peace to right the wrongs,” she yelled back as two more men pulled her back and pushed her into a crowd at an entryway.

It turned out White was “ping-ponged” back and forth between police officers into the entry tunnel where a “mace- type agent” was being sprayed into the crowd.

Attorney Joseph McBride explains what took place after careful review of videos and photographs:

Victoria White “is hit approximately thirty- five times over the course of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, while appearing to be begging for mercy the entire time.”

“She is hit with the baton while facing away,” he revealed. “She is hit with the baton while facing forward. She is speared and poked with the baton about the face so as to inflict maximum pain.”

“She collapses more than once and is stood up by the officers only to be maced and beaten again,” McBride explained. “At some point, White-shirt puts away his baton, not because he is showing mercy because he has a clear avenue to her face.”

‘White-shirt,’ later identified as officer Jason Bagshaw, “As such, he unloads on the defenseless woman punching her five times in five seconds, directly in the face, with all of his might,” McBride concluded.

On April 7, 2022, Police Chief Robert J. Contee III promoted Bagshaw to the rank of Commander. In July, 2022, Bagshaw shot and killed 23-year-old Lazarus Wilson, of Dumfries, Virginia, while dining with his wife, also a member of the same police force.

The original charges against White were written as:

● entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds;

● disorderly or disruptive conduct;

●violent entry and disorderly conduct;

● impeding or attempting to impede law enforcement;

● parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building;

● obstruction of justice.

Since then, after videos and photos appeared, some charges have been dropped. Here is current information from the Department of Justice:

White made her first appearance in federal court on April 8, 2021, via a video conference, with Judge Becky R. Thorson releasing her on conditions.

White’s friend, Larvita Mcfarquhar, spoke up for their patriotic actions.

“They are taking away all of our liberties — we can’t even peacefully protest something that we see the government is doing that is wrong,” Mcfarquhar said. “We have a right as Americans to peacefully protest. Nowhere have we ever been violent. Nowhere have we ever done anything wrong but yet they are sending the FBI after law-abiding citizens.”

Not “one of us who went to the Capitol have done anything wrong,” Mcfarquhar explained, indicating that White was literally pushed inside at the Capitol.

She classified White as “a true hero” who “stopped not one, but two people who were trying to break into the Capitol without a thought of her own safety. She is someone who loves our country and stands up for what is right.”

Victoria speaks openly about the fact that she is a domestic violence survivor.  Specifically, that she was in an abusive relationship for ten years, where she endured beatings and psychological abuse on a regular basis.  

She had been suffering badly up until 2016.  Years of living with untreated psychological and physical conditions related to enduring repetitive head trauma, had taken their toll on her.

She hit a turning point in 2016.  A combination of medicine and psychotherapy, in conjunction with a newfound personal relationship with Jesus Christ, had brought tremendous healing. 

Victoria progressed from 2016-2020.  She slowly worked through her issues and began to believe in herself again.  True healing appeared to be on the horizon heading into the 2020 holiday season.

Victoria was triggered by the November 2020 presidential election results.  She felt, deep in her gut and in her heart that President Donald J. Trump had wrongfully lost the election.  

Therefore, she felt compelled to go when she heard that people were going to protest the election results on January 6^th in Washington, D.C.

Her decision to go was less of a choice and more of a civic duty, as she truly felt the election was stolen.   

Victoria hoped that her voice shouting from a crowd of many, would somehow convince members of Congress not to certify the election results.

When the time came to travel to D.C, she left without reservation, intending only to have her voice heard, side-by-side with her fellow countrymen.  

Nothing could have prepared her for the beating she took later that day.

Years of healing and progress were literally beaten out of her… scars and trauma related to past abuse were torn open again.  

A multitude of preexisting repetitive trauma injuries aggravated to the point where she can never fully recover.
