Former CIA operative and expert Sam Faddis recently noted “Venezuela is a nightmare. Its economy is in free fall. The corrupt government is in league with virtually every foul, ghoulish entity on the planet. It has allied itself with terrorists, drug traffickers, and pariah states like Iran and Cuba. If there is a government on the planet that deserves to be overthrown, this is it.”
The problem for the United States is significant. How do we handle the enormous and dangerous corruption in South America with adequate and necessary help needed from our own CIA, an organization that has been rebuilt under 12 years of control by John Brennan?
“It has been nine months since President Trump began his second term,” Faddis explained. “The unfortunate truth is that CIA, as it currently exists, is largely unchanged from what it was when Biden was in office. There have been no large-scale firings. There has been no retooling of the machinery.”
U.S. forces destroyed three suspected Venezuelan cartel-linked drug boats in September, killing 17 people.
Last week, helicopters from the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment were tracked operating near Venezuela’s northern coast.
This unit is known as the “Night Stalkers.” The unit is recognized for its low-visibility precision operations. It was detected roughly 90 miles offshore. The fact is there is a substantial build-up of American warships in the Carribean.
The U.S. has also doubled the bounty on Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro to $50 million. This move further links counternarcotics activity with political pressure on Caracas.
“A good case can be made that the ability of the second Trump Administration to implement any of its policy agenda will depend primarily on whether President Trump and his appointees realize the threat the CIA poses to him and the nation,” Michael T. Flynn, LTG USA, (RET), said.
John Kiriakou, a former CIA analyst, knows what is likely going on in the former John Brennan controlled agency.
“Then, the Trump Administration must give the highest priority to defanging and neutralizing the Agency — returning it to its original mission to focus on foreign intelligence — before it destroys his presidency for a second time, and our constitutional republic as well. ”
“You know you can wait out this President,” Kiriakou said. “You know this guy’s only going to be around for four years or eight years, and you’ve waited out other presidents in the past, and I think that’s exactly what the CIA is doing now.”
“They know that Trump’s not going to be around forever, and they will be around forever, and they’re just going to wait him out.”

DJT is one man, exceptional and chosen by God, to be sure, but he is leading and teaching by example so the rest of the nation becomes equipped to take down subversive evil in this country.
