On January 21, 2025, a detainee of being near the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021,   Brandon Straka, received a phone call from his probation officer. The day before, his attorney Bill Essayli, told him this would happen.

“My case is officially closed,” he posted on his X social media account.

“For 4 years I have been silenced by my plea agreement, which was a lie from top to bottom,” he revealed. “The government forced me to sign a false confession to avoid going to trial in DC on felony charges for things I DID NOT DO.”

“For 4 long, terrible years my family, my employees, everybody who loves me, and I have been relentlessly tortured and abused by the Biden administration.”

“Thank you, President Trump.
And Thank you, God.”

Straka was “raided, jailed, held on house arrest for 3 months, fined, and made to serve 1,460 days of federal supervision.”

“In 2017, I was a Democrat who cried when Donald Trump took office. I was terrified because the liberal media that I then trusted told me that Trump would round up people like me, put me in jail, take my rights away, and marginalize me and destroy my life.”

“In 2021, Joe Biden took office, and he did everything to me that the media said that Donald Trump would do.”

“In 2025, I cried again the day Donald Trump took office.
But this time it was because Donald Trump liberated me.”

“If Donald Trump had not been elected, I would never have felt truly safe to tell the TRUTH about how the FBI & DOJ lied in my J6 case, and drafted a phony story for my plea agreement-and how the DC judges enabled it,” Straka wrote.

“This pardon has freed me from being bound to the lies of my plea deal- and there are no words to describe how that feels.”

Staka continued on subsequent X posts. Following are the highlights of some of his entrys:

1. I DID NOT SAY “TAKE IT, TAKE IT” TO ENCOURAGE THE CROWD ON JANUARY 6TH TO TAKE A SHIELD FROM AN OFFICER.
-That was a lie created by an FBI agent and embraced by my prosecutor to justify charging me with a felony to force me to take a plea, and to try to destroy my reputation by portraying me as encouraging violence against police.

I NEVER did any such thing.

2. I DID NOT SHOUT, “GO, GO, GO” outside the Capitol to encourage the crowd to storm the building.
-That lie was also created by the FBI agent who handled my case and embraced by the prosecutor to charge me with “disorderly conduct”, and to try to destroy my reputation.

The FBI and DOJ had to create these lies to justify charging me with anything- because I stood nonviolently outside the East side of the capitol for 8 minutes while no rioting was occurring.

I was told by the Biden DOJ that they would not drop these felony charges unless I “confessed” to doing these things.

I DID NOT DO THESE THINGS.

And for four years I have had to live in silence about it while hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of articles have been written by the mainstream media saying that I did.

My judge was Dabney Friedrich.

Judge Friedrich is responsible for ruling that the  1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony COULD be used against the J6ers.

This felony charge was used as a weapon to force guilty pleas, and was given to many J6ers who chose to try to defend themselves at trial (100% of them lost).

Countless people spent years in prison on the 1512 charge, which was overturned by the Supreme Court this year- for being unconstitutional and wrongfully applied.

I went through 10 months of torment by the FBI and DOJ before meeting Judge Dabney Friedrich for the first time.

I honestly believed that when I had the opportunity to stand before a judge, impartiality and fairness would finally come into the picture.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.

She was openly hostile, aggressive, contemptuous, irrational, and blindly prejudiced.

She treated me like a murderer. And she was even worse to my attorneys.

Russo ironically won the “Shaping Justice” award in 2011, 10 years before she decided to join a tyrannical government regime to use the weight of the federal justice department to force innocent people into having to make false confessions, and destroy their lives.

She seemed to relish in attacking us knowing that the media was listening and lapping up all of the content she was serving up for them.

As a futile exercise, we filed for early termination of my probation after several years, and Judge Friedrich denied it, stating, “His minimizing of his and others’ unlawful acts on January 6 evinces a continued lack of remorse and an ongoing need to protect the public from future crimes”.

I will spend the rest of my life working to make sure that Judge Dabney Friedrich as well as any of the other January 6th judges never advances in the federal court system, and sure as hell never gets anywhere near our Supreme Court.

All of these DC judges must be impeached.

President Trump has FIRED all Federal prosecutors who participated in the January 6th persecutions of innocent people.

In light of this, I’d like you all to help make these two women very famous. They are the two women who prosecuted me, and helped create the lies against me that tore my life apart.

Russo knew that I did not encourage the crowd to take a shield on J6, nor did I encourage the crowd to enter the building, and yet during my plea hearing she told the judge she wanted to hear me say out loud that I did- and she forced me to say those words.

Brittany Reed specializes in accidentally forgetting to seal her confidential court documents, because she views all the material she handles as fodder for the media.

Reed hates Trump supporters, and took delight in lying to my judge over and over again about my “actions” on January 6th. Reed also wrote a 15 page memorandum to the court objecting to me being let off probation early, claiming I am a threat to public safety.

In the past week, I have openly refuted and denied the contents of my plea deal on dozens of media outlets including Fox News, NewsMax, OANN, Piers Morgan, Bill O’Reilly, and many more.

Not a single left wing media outlet- including the ones that have published literally hundreds of stories over the past 4 years repeating and  recycling the lies in my plea deal- have run a story to talk about how I’m now denying the contents of that plea agreement.

Why?

Because they always knew what they were publishing were lies. If they believed the government’s allegations against me were true, they’d be publishing stories right now with my J6 video in them, and showing the public what a liar I am for denying the plea deal allegations.

They won’t do it because they don’t want to draw more attention to the fact that they know it was a lie, and all these years that they propagandized for the government to harm me, they knew they were lying then, too.

No matter how much you hate the media, it isn’t enough. They are the enemy of the American people.

Just a quick reminder that I did not encourage anyone to take a shield from an officer on January 6th, and I did not stand outside the Capitol shouting for people to go inside.

These were 2 (of many) blatant falsehoods created by an FBI agent who made them up and then embraced by the prosecutors in my case, who charged me with 2 felonies based on these lies.

I was given 2 options:

1. Say I did these things and felonies will be dropped.

2. Go to trial on these things and lose. In which case I’m convicted of them anyway, but now I’m also a felon and going to prison for years.

Being forced to confess to something you didn’t do is one of the most spiritually and psychologically damaging things a person can go through, and you never get over the need to clear your name.
