How Last Minute Pardons & Loans Established Biden Family & Deep State Crimes

We can be sure that when ex-president Biden gave last minute pardons to his family members James B. Biden, Sara Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Francis W. Biden, it was to protect them from their nefarious crimes.

His brother, James Biden, was business partners with CEFC China Energy Co., an organization closely linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer discovered that Biden associate Rob Walker received a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC.

In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.

One of the Biden-Harris Administration’s most corrupt departments, especially in playing shell games meant to line the pockets of the Biden family, crooked politicians and Deep State operatives, was the Department of Energy (DOE).

In December 2024, the DOE’s own inspector general (IG) issued a report calling on the department, under the failed leadership of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, to suspend one particular corrupt program.

The report indicated that agency officials were not complying with conflict-of-interest rules and that the program carries a ‘significant risk of fraud.’”

In 2022, Biden’s Loan Programs Office, was activated under the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act to which it received tens of billions of dollars in lending authority. By the end of 2024, that program dished out $107.4 billion in “green loans” to serve the Biden administration’s climate agenda.

In 2024, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO), grilled Granholm, the former Deep State governor of Michigan, beginning by asking, “I just want to know who really runs the Energy Department. Is it you or is it the mega-corporations whose stock that you own that you’re making profit in?”

Hawley released evidence during the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing which caused her to back down from her original lies.

Blantantly defying the IG suspension, last week Granholm’s DOE Loan Program dished out $22.9 billion in loan guarantees for distribution to 12 states for more green energy projects.

$14 billion of that went to Granholm’s pet projects in her own home state of Michigan:

● DTE Energy

● Consumers Energy

● A $1.3 billion loan was given to Michigan’s Potash Company to help “fund a sustainable fertilizer plant.”

According to the Free Beacon, “DTE Energy’s political action committee contributed more than $34,000 to Granholm’s 2006 gubernatorial campaign, according to state records. Then-DTE Energy CEO Stephen Ewing, whom Granholm appointed to serve on the state’s Early Childhood Investment Corporation Executive Committee, personally donated another $3,400 to Granholm’s campaign in 2004.”

“Consumers Energy’s political action committee gave Granholm’s gubernatorial campaign $25,000 in that same timespan, additional data show. And Brandon Hofmeister, the company’s current senior vice president of strategy, sustainability, and external affairs, served as Granholm’s energy and climate policy adviser and deputy legal counsel when she was governor.”

Recall it was Granholm who engaged in multiple secret conversations with the Chinese government’s top energy official days before the Biden administration announced it would tap the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to combat their high gas prices in 2021.

Her conversations with China National Energy Administration Chairman Zhang Jianhua were revealed in internal Energy Department calendars obtained by Americans for Public Trust (APT).

“Instead of focusing on creating real energy independence for America, Granholm has been too busy parroting Chinese energy propaganda and insisting ‘we can all learn from what China is doing,’” APT Executive Director Caitlin Sutherland said. “The public deserves to know the extent to which Chinese officials are attempting to infiltrate U.S. energy policy and security.”

“China is profiting from President Biden’s political abuse of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve,” Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee Ranking member John Barrasso, R-Wyo., said at the time. “Meanwhile, America has become more vulnerable to true energy and national security emergencies.”
