“The man on the left, Robert Trinkkeller, is a hero,” actor James Woods posted on X January 10, 2025. “By the grace of God he stayed behind when the evacuation order was given.”

“When I called the man on the right, our neighbor, in Boston to be sure his 94 year-old father had been evacuated, he was devastated that a replacement caregiver had left his father behind.”
“Sara and I couldn’t get back up through police barricades, so I called Robert and managed to get him. By the time he got to the elderly father’s house, the house next store was ablaze.”
“I had gotten through to the Fire Services finally, and they met Robert who guided them to the father. His son flew out immediately and today all three of us and Sara put out the fires on our hillside with buckets of pool water.”

“If you are blessed to have such wonderful neighbors, you are luckier than you know.”
As propaganda from the usual mainstream media (both national and local) spewed across outlets regarding the devastating fires in southern California, Woods gave Americans real news, honest assessments, and truthful opinions to millions.

In his own neighborhood, Woods and his wife, Sara chronicled the fires and devastation with commentary and photos.

James Woods is, as my brother would say, “a stand-up guy.” There are no such words for Gavin Newsome.

Yes, he should just go lay down.

A big thanks to James Woods for keeping the people informed and having his neighbors’ backs. It’s shocking there are CA residents who still believe the fires are due to climate change and not poor planning.

Remember the song “Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies?” It’s astonishing how people can prefer lies to the truth, but if you can blame it on the climate, and not on the scoundrels you voted in who lied to you all along, I guess that those are the shreds they are clinging to. Like, building your house on sand.

We love the way you use so little right words to say so much & provide such wisdom. The song & the “house on sand” analogy says it all.

Yes, I do remember that song by Fleetwood Mac. When you’re indoctrinated, the truth is only what you have been programmed to believe. “Hanging on to sheds” is a good way of putting it. Their minds are not able to process a difference of opinion.

Oh my. Dodie & I were talking last night about how you & IslandinNewHampshire use so few just the right words to provide so much wisdom.
