US Rep. Nancy Grace Rips Woke Census Bureau With New Data

Counting of Liberal NE States Differed From Southern Conservative States

On December 5, 2024, Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina, issued a statement on Jose Ibarra, the Venezuelan illegal alien who brutally killed Laken Riley and now wants another trial by claiming a mistrial.

“The sheer gall of this murderer requesting a retrial is absurd,” Mace said. “He is a criminal illegal alien who hunted down and killed Laken Riley. His actions were deliberate, heinous, and entirely unforgivable. Open border policies failed Laken Riley, along with many others. This predator should rot behind bars or better yet, get fried.”

On that same day, Mace, during a House Oversight Committee hearing, questioned U.S. Census Bureau Director Robert Santos on data-gathering practices, confirming that illegal aliens are counted in the U.S. Census. Santos acknowledged that the Census includes anyone residing at a U.S. address, regardless of immigration status.

She showed, that prior to  the 2024 Election, the Census Bureau had a “statistically significant overcount in liberal northeast states,” and a “statistically significant undercount in conservative southern states.”

Santos

When she asked if “criminally illegal” aliens are counted as citizens in the census, Santos answered “Yes”.

The 14th Amendment of the US Constitution requires that congressional seats be distributed among the states “according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State.” Besides helping allocate congressional seats and Electoral College votes, census figures guide the distribution of $2.8 trillion in federal money.

On November 18, 2024, Mace revealed that there are now “over 1.4 million asylum cases pending in our immigration courts, an all time record high. This is a direct result of the lefts’ weak criteria for amnesty. Our borders are being overrun because the left has sent a clear message: come one, come all. This is not sustainable.”

Mace has since explained that the Biden-Harris administration’s actions “have signaled to illegal immigrants, traffickers, and cartels that America’s borders are open. This has led to over 12 million illegal immigrant encounters and at least 1.9  million “gotaways” since inauguration day, in addition to a surge in deadly drugs flooding into our communities.”

Also under the Biden-Harris administration, according to the July 21, 2024 data from ICE:

● More than 12,000 noncitizens with convictions or pending charges for sex offenses—excluding assault or commercialized sex—are not in custody.

● Over 20,000 noncitizens charged with or convicted of sexual assault are walking free.

● Additionally, a staggering 14,945 noncitizens have been charged with or convicted of murder and are not in custody.

● In total, ICE’s non-detained docket in July, included 662,566 criminal aliens, freely roaming the streets of our communities.

  1. The right will be privy to this information-the bare bones of it-according to their preferred news sources. The left will receive it as humanitarian information that’s not explicit and is according to the communal consensus of manufactured news.

  2. Well, let’s have a roundup, starting in January, and cull them out. It’s amazing that evildoers always want “justice” for themselves, so they can be free to do more evil. That it would be even under consideration is what’s really telling. Justice has fallen in the street. But she’s getting back up.

  3. I think President Trump will end birthright citizenship, but make it retroactive by 10 years. He will attempt to end all free-bee’s and medical care, then watch the stampede to the border back to south America. This mass deportation will decisively divide the country, but no more than it already is, it will be more transparent who the evil doers are in our Govt. Obama and Biden have given this country away in their quest for absolute power through voting numbers, which now, that Americans have seen the man behind the green curtain, it will never happen again. God Bless the Alamo and Betty Crocker.

  4. These so called asylum seekers are only here temporarily. They should not be counted as permanent but as extended tourists. I wonder if we will get more asylum seekers after the regime change in Syria. I would consider Syrian Christians to be real refugees and would probably assimilate rather well.

As for Ibarra’s lawyers appealing for a reversal of the conviction and a new trial, I think that that is common for lawyers to ask for that. They know that the chances of it being granted is very slim to none but they feel obligated to ask. He is lucky that they didn’t ask for the death penalty which is a possibility in Georgia.
