Muir, Davis Achieve Fake News Hall of Shame Status for September 2024

Many ABC News and other Big Media followers, accustomed to lies and propaganda, are no longer capable of discerning truth.
Legacy Media knows with their viewers and readers, they “can do whatever you want.”
This was especially predictable during the ABC News broadcast of the Donald Trump-Kamala Harris debate of September 10, 2024. It just so happens that the co-chair of ABC News’ parent company is a longtime friend of and donor to Kamala Harris.
Dana Walden has donated to many Democrats over the years. Federal Election Commission data shows nearly a dozen contributions from Walden to Harris over the past decade, totaling around $50,000.
She supported Harris’s campaigns since at least 2003, including her run for district attorney in San Francisco.
Apparently unaware that it is not the job of debate moderators to factcheck debaters, in ABC News’ debate, Harris made a number of false statements. Conveniently and obviously, the debate moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis, only injected their own “fact-checks” against Trump.
The Commission on Presidential Debates Co-Founder and Co-Chair Frank J. Fahrenkopf Jr., even stated the work by moderators ABC News Muir and Davis was “the worst performance that I’ve seen” and that they “clearly were oversized, I think, on the way they treated” Trump and “bent backwards to help” Harris.
“I thought one of the things that really shocked me last night was the way the moderators handled it, Fahrenkopf said. “We always explain to our moderators, and we’ve done 33 of those…starting back in 1988, that their job is to be facilitators.”
“They’re not to get involved themselves. It’s different than if you had someone on your show and you asked them a question and they answered it in a different way than they said a month before, you would correct them. But moderators are not supposed to do that. A debate is between the candidates, not a debate between the candidate and the moderators.”
“And these moderators, so far as I was concerned, it was the worst performance that I’ve seen. And I’ve — as I said, I’ve done 33 of these things over the years. I don’t know what their thoughts were, but they clearly were oversized, I think, on the way they treated the former President and the way they treated the present Vice President, I think they bent backwards to help her.”

It is little wonder the most honest polls following the debate are showing:
● Undecided voters are moving toward Trump 5 to one over Harris.
● Viewers gave Trump the most favorable grade by 59%.

Harris is smooth and eloquent liar. She can only look like she won the debate, but when we ask that proverbial question: “where’s the beef?” We find out that the beef is full of worms and magots.

Did she get the questions before the debate? Did she wear an earpiece?
They should have a debate or town hall with Tucker Carlson or on NEWSMAX or even Fox but with Judge Jeanine Pirro and Greg Gutfield. However, Harris will agree to that when Houston TX or Miami FL are chosen as sites for the winter olympics.
The media both broadcast, cable or print have been biased toward the Democratic candidate and against the Republican candidate since Eisenhower. To them, the Democrat is the best thing since sliced bread and the Republican is the worst thing since Hitler. The names don’t matter just the D or R after their names.

I read a piece that said she definitely had the questions weeks back, and the ear piece, the German company that makes them didn’t deny the claim. This came from someone close to the campaign. I’ve watched many of her appearances on YouTube, and she is a terrible speaker when no teleprompter is around. Suddenly, she is Bill Clinton, laughing, smirking, clowning for the camera because she knows the moderators are with her on the hit piece on Trump.
