National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, FBI Seeking These People

While compromising photos of Hunter Biden are scattered across the internet, there appears to be little to no concern from federal, state, or local law enforcement officials.

On February 21, 2004, the FBI began its Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) as a new proactive approach to identifying unknown individuals involved in the sexual abuse of children and the production of child pornography.

A collaborative effort between the FBI and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, ECAP seeks national and international exposure of unknown adults (referred to as John/Jane Does) whose faces and/or distinguishing characteristics are visible in child pornography images.

Here are photos of individuals sought for information:

Jane Doe 46

Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual known as Jane Doe 46. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the identity of a child victim in a sexual exploitation investigation.

Initial video of the unidentified female, Jane Doe 46, shown with a child was first seen and likely created in May of 2022.

Jane Doe 46 is described as a White female with a distinctive tattoo on her left wrist. Her face is not visible in the video, but she is heard speaking English.

John Doe 40

The video depicting John Doe 40 is believed to have been produced prior to October of 2017.

John Doe 40 is described as a White male, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. He appears to be heavyset with dark colored hair. John Doe 40 could be heard speaking English in the video.

Jane Doe 36

It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of a child.

Jane Doe 36 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to law enforcement’s attention in August of 2016.

Jane Doe 36 is described as a White female, likely between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. She has long, curly brown hair. In August of 2016, Jane Doe 36 was seen wearing a pink shirt and a pair of black pants with polka dots.
