We can only hope that congress goes after her in some way. She is as crooked, if not more than Biden and his family syndicate. I didn’t know she raided Social Security? Will McCarthy try and get that money back. I didn’t know that the speaker had the power to do such a thing. She is the embodiment of evil. A demon from Hell and should be in prison. Anyone know if the house rules put in place by last congress violated constitutional oath. Proxy voting etc..

I don’t know but under the guise of COVID, Dems had a field day voting proxy. As of January 3rd, with this new Congress, use of the “public health emergency” for the last 2+ years will finally be forced to do their job.

The 117th Congress was the most crooked congress in the area of politics. It was a sore eye for America, led by the biggest crook in present-day politics. Satan himself was the leader leading the most crooked party in our political structure. Everything she got passed should be voided and re done by the adults.

Previous congress and constitutional oath discussion that brought forward above question on congress and proxy voting violation of constitution
Brunson case decision Monday.
Many are arguing about the merits of the remedy. But few are questioning the constitutional merits on oath of office and federal (elected and non elected) violating oath and hiding behind immunity.
This is a civil case. What are parameters of civil case
1. Scotus has to view the constitutional question as important enough to resolve
2. Civil is preponderance..how does this play into remedy
3. I believe civil case fully allows scotus to decide remedy under any bounds it sees necessary
Are these statements above correct?
If so the arguments about merits of remedy have no bearing on how scotus will view/ make decision on moving forward with decision or hearing
Correct??? I’m not smart in legal area. Someone comment to teach please

This is exactly the way I understand it, but it has been years since I formally studied law. It should be the same. This is an important case.

1. Removing 2.4 billion from social security- disgusting.
2.Too bad that they cannot take the retirement and assets of her and her friends to pay for the impeachment of Biden and members of his administration.
3. Biden is afraid of impeachment and the damaging evidence that will come out in his trial. Why else is he going to the border and Mexico right after the Republicans took over the House? He hasn’t shown any interest before now.
